Americans are physiologically groomed into it; Honestly, I've said it before but just fucking leave the country eventually if you can, if you put your hope into the idea that other right wing people will back you up sometime in the future you might as well kill yourself now because you are ultimately committing suicide either way. Any other realistic alternative not involving a lucky ex machina would require a time machine at this point.
