Barnes believe Michigan is a doa because the margain is too big, Nevada and Wisconsin could easily flip but Pennsylvania is the one with the most merit.

Despite being the one of the more optimistic people I have always felt that Michigan would be at least the second hardest to pull off due to the maragin (Nevada is the only one i would put above Michigan due to it being dem conrrolled and the scale of how cirty Nevada is in every election)

I think at this point easiest to hardest would probably be something like:

Pennsylvania
Wisconsin
Arizona (Depends on how the hearing goes tommorrow)
Georgia
Nevada
Michigan

Nevada and Michigan are kinda interchangeable but I think Neveda has given us more good news as of late.

Wisconsin could become the easiest if signs emerge of the state supreme court stepping in with a favorable ruling for trump.

With a poison pill that renders the whole law null if any body other than the legislature tries to amend the law like PASC did, possibly throwing out all mail in votes
PASC did not amend the law. PASC threw out Mike Kelly's lawsuit, saying that there may have been a legitimate constitutional question but they passed this law over a year ago, sat on their asses until the candidate they preferred lost, and then filed to throw out millions of votes cast by people who did so in good faith. It might change mail voting in PA for 2022 and 2024 but it was way too late for this year.

New Trump tweet. He seems to be staying confident:

We're talking about rulings the PASC made shortly before the election. Also, you can't sue without suffering harm first.
I felt Arizona was dead on arrival. A good chunk was basically a spite vote because of trump's feud with McCain.
Trump was feuding with McCain back in 2016.

Which ones? The ones that said mail ballots could be counted if the ballot was postmarked by election day?

Then you should be angry at PA GOP-controlled legislature. The court made a pretty reasonable ruling that it wasn't going to throw out millions of votes cast by eligible voters who followed the law, especially since the legislature had well over a year to pass a new law or make their case in court.

Optimism is great but don't hype it up. This could always crash and burn, and it's better to be upset but prepared then have your hope smashed underfoot.
I know the odds are against Trump but he is the only western white heterosexual male leader who can pull it off. He has lasted this long when every other Republican would have given up. At least he tried compared to other white politicians in recent years.

That encroached on the state legislature's authority to define the state's elections, in a way anticipated by the act itself.
