Well, tough shit. Better luck next time. Maybe the GOP in the state legislature can think more carefully when they pass laws in the future.
So they can anticipate their SC exceeding its authority just as a new associate justice that would have been the tiebreaker is inducted?

There's a word for a place where that happens, a shithole. Happens to describe 70% of the world.

Yeah, I don't like the Stickers simply because a like dislike system causes dumb behavior to get positive ratings. And I just prefer it when people actually talk about things instead of the really distant way online conversations can go.

There were at least 65 million for sure Biden voters who don't care and want their guy in at all costs. There is no point in reasoning to be honest.
HHH is allowed to believe what he wants. He seems to have developed a penchant for kicking the proverbial beehive as of late, but fuck it, it's not like we don't have dozens of other Kiwis that have made a religious observance out of that exact kind of behavior, and I find it hard to stay mad at a guy when even he's willing to have some fun with it. Shine on, you crazy Hulkamaniac diamond.
:hulk:

He's not what I'm worried about with the shit going on lately. Not by a fucking longshot.

Well this coming week is the make it or break it time. Every finger crossed at once with all this.

Some more white pills (prolly still won't matter, but might as well)

He comes off like a spoiled manchild. He constantly tells lies. He has thin skin and can't take any criticism. He never takes responsibility for any failures. He gutted the EPA, CDC and the Department of Education. He gutted regulations to protect the environment. Any news that ever says anything bad about him is "fake news". He is legitimately trying to undermine American democracy right now by baseless fraud claims, which is especially dangerous with how many people believe everything he says 100%, contrary to logic and reason (see: this thread). His tax cuts for the rich have led to an even larger deficit.
Sounds like a regurgitated reason to hate him. Especially when people calling him a manchild acts like it the most. That and I'm curious to where people get the idea that the tax cut only helps the rich beyond its bad because orange man exist

Can I get a source on this? This is too much of a threat to not warrant the military forces in and around D.C. being on high alert before, during, and after the trial if one is held. Also, if so much as one justice comes home to a dead family, that is a death sentence for the group and corresponding political party responsible (or the “idea” responsible, for those ANTIFA pedants). Pelosi and co. would never let that happen, because that would kill their chances of surviving the next public appearance, much less get a Democrat elected ever again.
So what we’re seeing is the potential to see how far something can be excused with “getting rid of Trump”?
FDR won in an immense landslide had a 2/3rds majority in both houses. All he had to do to carry out his threat was to convince his own party that it was necessary. Biden barely cracks 51% in the House, and his best-case scenario in the Senate is a 50/50 split, threatening to pack the court is empty words, barring the Uniparty becoming official and half the GOP signing on to court packing to "Heal the wounds inflicted by Orange Man" or some shit.
Isn’t the VP head of the Senate? I’m sure Kamala will easily sign on court packing or any pet project that comes her way. If Kamala isn’t the progressive that can be put on a leash, she can just as easily keep the seat warm for the person that is.

Stuff like that makes me worried. You don't give the finger to the SCOTUS unless you know/think for sure they won't do anything.

Well, it’s now or never to know if the SCOTUS will buckle or stand against this.
Well, we have two appointees who have an ideology that’s close to “activist judge” and we have a bunch of justices that seem like coin flips.

I mean, when you think about it, the American Constitution did not invest any power in the judiciary to enforce its decrees. That's the executive's perogatives. A non-compliant executive can simply ignore the courts, as had happened a few times in history already.

EDIT: To be clear, I meant it in the sense that it cuts both ways. A Dem-friendly executive is free to entirely ignore a Rep-friendly court and vice-versa.

Lol this isn't an important decision that they'd 'act' on, like Citizens United. It's Trump trying to steal an election. That would be bad for business and of course his appointees aren't going to make a ruling that's bad for business.

Biden Fractures Foot While Playing With Dog, to Wear a Boot

Wanna bet the feeble man fell with no dog around him whatsoever?

Looks like Kamala is rubbing her hands together already. lol.
Apparently Trump tweeted wishing Biden well.

There are no good or bad guys, just winners and losers. And winners go on to write the history books. A Trump loss means his legacy will be forgotten and tarnished.

I wonder how much of this shit is Trump tolerating given his giant ego, his vindictiveness, his ability to lie as much as he wants to and currently has the most number of dedicated followers as a political leader in the nation.

I have been thinking of how Obama fucked Trump and never went away just like Hillary. He is younger and wants to be a shadow president and probably was one. I remember when there was talk of Biden setting up a shadow cabinet.
