Read the court docs. The argument in the recent case, filed by Mike Kelly, that the PASC just dismissed is that the state legislature didn't have the authority to expand absentee voting without first amending the state constitution.

The argument was the law, passed by the GOP state legislature, was unconstitutional.

I think they did. And then they were mixed. Meaning they can’t be thrown out without potentially tossing legal votes. Which will lead to more calls of voter suppression than what’d already be dished out if the sketchy ballots were tossed out to begin with. Which gives Democrats ammo to impeach Trump or force Trump to face enough pressure that he’s forced to resign like Nixon.

Which means you're talking about a different case which nobody else was paying attention to. And judging by your comments on the 4-4 ruling, are mixing together with the one we're talking about.

Well between that and the Arizona hearing tomorrow should at least be interesting.

Something has to fucking happen with Georgia, on the VivaFrei stream today Barnes was talking about how Kemp's political career is over if he doesn't step up to the plate and I agree 100%.

Kemp's fucking useless and if he doesn't step up here he is fucked in 2022.

I think at this point Florida under the command of Densantis should just invade Georgia and annex everything that isn't Atlanta which can be airlifted into the Atlantic world to become a floating city.

I dont think many people understand how FUBAR the American Economy is and how you can see why every single one up there is a phony just by having that as something to judge em by. Imagine letting a bunch of mentally deranged kikes running their Keynesian Gravy Train off a fucking cliff with all the American populace and many more as passengers. First you have the Federal Reserve take over and you have the problems starting to flunctuate. Then Bretton Woods gets abolished and dollar goes off a cliff. Now its so far in the shitter it reached the Mariana's Trench and its about to sink everything related to it with it as well once it goes down. I dont care what people say but the wealth transfer from the American Middle Class to the kike cronies kept going steadily under all presidencies. Its laughable to think that either care for Americans at all, Rothschild said it best, you control a country's money and who makes it's laws and who "runs" it is irrelevant. Of course noone cares about that, because if people had a basic economic education other than calculating their latest McDonald's meal, they would be out in Washington with tar feathers and rope.

Yeah there's a good reason they're announcing this ahead of times to make sure some of the cops, the law enforcement, that they love are there to prevent them getting in.
