The explanation for this will be interesting. I imagine they would have been able to establish standing with the elector alone, so there'd be no point in including someone who had no intention of challenging the results of the election, and against their knowledge.

Can't people just petition the court to be taken off the case? This guy sounds like a sniveling worm anyway from the way he announced that on Twitter. He should be honored to be included.

No, actually, you can't redo a presidential election, according to Rekeita. That's not the remedy spelled out in the constitution.

You can, however, declare the election invalid and just have the state leadership decide who gets the EC votes for their state.
Thanks for the clarification!

Quick correction, it doesn't go to state leadership in such a situation, it goes to the state legislatures.

It could be a recording of joe biden literally claiming to have the biggest, best vote fraud team ever... No wait...

Oh it'll be democrat poll workers talking about seeing the same pristine ballots scanned multiple times.. wait no that's not it.

Oh, probably a detailed statistical analysis of how it's physically impossible for the claimed number of ballots to have been processed in a short period of time... Nope already happened...

Why does anyone care about more evidence? All the evidence is there if people will look at it. What does throwing more on the pile do at this point? It makes it appear to the uninformed that the pro trump side believes their evidence is insufficient.

This is a speederun of what is normally a several months long affair over the course of several weeks. Either you keep swinging or you lose handily. Media is also still trying to bury any story that comes up under a wave of “news”. That means you better swing even faster, lest you get overrun and smothered by the noise.

If Biden pulls this off, the American flag in front of the house is coming down. This is not the United States of America I grew up believing in. If I don't even have a voice in the vote, then there's no reason to pledge allegiance to that flag or "the Republic, for which it stands." If you can keep it, indeed.
Swap it for the Colonial flag, it's amazing how much the message shifts if you cut back to 13 stars.

While the site was down:

-it was announced Durham's investigation is now by special counsel, so it could continue into a possible Biden administration (and when Biden kills it the media will be absolutely silent about it and probably praise it). This was supposedly put in effect October 19th but is just now being reported.

-Barr spoke to the AP and they took some things out of context. Shock, I know. From Ace of Spades

So Barr is a do-nothing bitch but AP gotta AP.

-the MI hearings are having nice moments that again is making a stronger case for SCOTUS more than anything else right now.

-Mailmen are whistleblowing that they drove 288,000 ballots from New York to Pennsylvania on election night.
Look, maybe you have witnesses, and video, and signed confessions, and maybe the reported numbers were physically impossible, but do you have any EVIDENCE?
