The recordings are probably a nothingburger though.
Kind of, yeah. He should release everything at once and let autists surf though it for the juicy stuff.

His release today was about how they weren't going to give a platform to Trump's campaign legal proceedings. If this is his first impression piece, it leaves a lot to be desired for those who want de facto collusion.

Still, its fun to watch CNN seethe at this.

CNN is pissed about Veritas recording their phone calls for 2 months and has called the cops.

Conversations in private places are banned from third party audio recording and a member of a conversation can covertly record the conversation without the consent of others. Conversations that occur in public can be recorded by a third party (see O.C.G.A. § 16-11-62).
Not a leg to stand on if the conversation was recorded using a collaborator. Interesting to note that Veritas is considered fake by many people, I wonder how the outrage doublethink will work re it being fake news and also having accurate CNN audio.

I was wondering if @Hollywood Hulk Hogan and the other expected troll baiters would be super active in the thread now that stickers are disabled and they won't get MATI neg bombed.

My assumption was correct.

That, combined with thread highlights being down is making this thread a real slog to read.
I was active beforehand, too. I was busy working and then had some stuff to do.

He's dropping another one in an hour, and throughout December. Last as usual.

But, it's.unlikely that we're going to hear Zucker say "On Saturday, Biden will win Pennsylvania and with it, the election. Wolf will call it all, and it will be over. Be ready for anything Trump does afterwards."

The shill articles and politicians begging Trump to surrender have been steadily increasing. They seem worried this isn't just going to go away
We know the GOP has severe winning allergies, but whether the GOP electorate suffer enough fatigue to follow suit is the big question.

He's got a point though, hasn't he? The use of the laches doctrine is, legally speaking, complete bollocks. Firstly because they've never applied it consistently in the past and secondly because if you combine it with the standing doctrine that says you can't sue unless you were harmed you can't sue before the harm and you can't sue after the harm. Hence you have no remedy if your constitutional rights are infringed.
The laches doctrine being applied was fucking retarded. The PA Supreme Court just didn't want to invalidate the votes. "lol, its too late even though its within the timeframe allowed by the US Constitution". Yeah, I get they didn't want to invalidate those votes, but its idiotic.

They want Biden to be a bland "return to normalcy." You can't have that and lull people back to sleep when half the country is pissed at you for being so boring you had to cheat to win.

Well he is still president and they probably more battered and legit suffering PTSD by the sight of Trump. Some of them are true believers in him being the 2nd coming of the Austrian bohemian.

That fact that no audit is being done and considered an act of racism is just amazing. This stuff must baffle the third world since they seeing these so called first world countries lead by people more retarded than theirs. A bigger question in the long term is who will really want to immigrate the the United States where niggers can just burn your business down and the police and politicians are just as amorally corrupt as the ones back home. And if some immigrant dies, nobody cares unless you are a nigger which makes it a useful tool for the democrats to throw them into that golden casket. The golden casket shit reminded me of the story of the Golden Cow from the Bible.

Republicans in the Pennsylvania Legislature are looking at every legal avenue that would reclaim their authority over election procedures and dispute the 2020 election results until claims of widespread fraud have been resolved.

“We’re in extraordinary times, and we’re doing an extraordinary amount of research to see what the possibilities are,” state Rep. Russ Diamond, a Republican, told The Epoch Times on Dec. 1.

“My preferred outcome is simply to make sure that Pennsylvanians know that every legal vote was accurately counted, and that the results reflect that. That’s the only thing I care about.”

The House and Senate both have issued resolutions that accuse the executive and judicial branches in Pennsylvania of usurping the legislature’s constitutional power to set the rules of the election.

However, the 2020 legislative session ended on Nov. 30 and both resolutions expired at midnight. Both are being reintroduced, but the new legislative session doesn’t begin until Jan. 7, 2021—effectively rendering the general assembly impotent until next year. It’s unclear whether either chamber has the votes to pass the resolutions, although Republicans hold the majority in both. The house resolution had 40 co-sponsors in the 12 hours it was active, but would need 102 votes to pass.

Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican, said he’s hoping for a declaration of suspension, which would bring the body back into session immediately.

“It really seems bizarre to me that the general assembly would push itself out of power for an entire month,” Mastriano told The Epoch Times on Dec. 1.

“The challenge is that the certification is in the hands of the secretary of state and the governor—the very same people that we have issues with. So we have a bit of a constitutional crisis here.”

Seems like Mastriano only has 40 votes or so, not the 102 it would need to pass. So it's not a problem with the GOP leadership in PA, it's a problem with the GOP legislature not wanting to do direct appointment.
