The phrase "The Will of Steins;Gate" is a phrase that an autistic LARPer NEET spouts all the time while he pretends hes going against the worlds goverment shadow agencies and is a mad scientist genius.

Its actually pretty decent if you like wacky sci fi dystopian shit. If your not into anime in the slightest, its not for you.
