I have to think Thomas has gathered/forced the other four judges to watch these hearings.

PA is just generic mob corruption, GA is big money payoff RINO shit being exposed, and MI is democrat corruption that only IL could top. If Nevada turns up big stuff and the AZ ballot review shows another 2-4% in them, this shit can't stand no matter how much the RINOs and blue checkmarks try.

He can't. There was no time limit or condition made upon the declaration, which, in my layman's take, could even go so far as to mean that Twitter cannot even shut the site down, because it would deprive the aforementioned right. I'm dead fucking serious, it is now United States law that Trump's account must remain active and available in perpetuity, or until a ruling to the contrary supersedes it. The only way "around" it is if nobody takes him to court over it, because these people never think through how their own bullshit can be used against them.
