Even if the current court cases are dismissed before December 14 or there isn't enough time for it to come to SCOTUS, the election laws should still be challenged in these states in the following years. Something untoward clearly went on, and there's too much available evidence suggesting that some form of fraud was going on. The abuse of 12(b)(6) (motion to dismiss for failure to adequately state a claim) and standing/laches is clear bullshit, and while we probably lost this one, the Democrats blew their load to get a geriatric corpse and his even less popular Karen running mate into the White House. If I were in the RNC right now, I would be setting up a massive legal fund to finance massive legal challenges in each state with a suspicious win and litigate the hell against every election board. Any normal court (or at least appellate court) wouldn't be able to remove actual constitutional challenges, and I suspect that challenging the board's counting process to force reform of the system is sufficient to count as a prayer for relief in this case.
