Even if the current court cases are dismissed before December 14 or there isn't enough time for it to come to SCOTUS, the election laws should still be challenged in these states in the following years. Something untoward clearly went on, and there's too much available evidence suggesting that some form of fraud was going on. The abuse of 12(b)(6) (motion to dismiss for failure to adequately state a claim) and standing/laches is clear bullshit, and while we probably lost this one, the Democrats blew their load to get a geriatric corpse and his even less popular Karen running mate into the White House. If I were in the RNC right now, I would be setting up a massive legal fund to finance massive legal challenges in each state with a suspicious win and litigate the hell against every election board. Any normal court (or at least appellate court) wouldn't be able to remove actual constitutional challenges, and I suspect that challenging the board's counting process to force reform of the system is sufficient to count as a prayer for relief in this case.

Well to be fair, the Left's strength only comes from putting a bunch of stupid people in close proximity to one another more than their actual individual strength.
The media and the big corporations being on their side also makes things rather unfair for the right. Calling them "brave" is frankly laughable as they are cowards protected by someone bigger then them.

That is literally not true. It's not magic. It's hard work, and the right is culturally engineered to reject the very idea of it on principle. This is intentional, because it weakens the right and strengthens the left.

Thats considering though that the RNC arent a bunch of cucks, which they are.

What I saw during the BLM riots was the media pushing this shit down people's throats and the big tech companies enabling it. I would call that a bunch of rich people manipulating gullible lunatics. The "Hard Work" is giving them too much credit.

Hopefully the right will realise that this way of thinking won't work in their favor. It may take something like this to change their minds. But the issue is we will be left with right wing lunatics after some time if the left's echochambers that they created with their "organized" thinking results in them becoming too entrenched and crazy.

@InsolentGaylord even though I have awarded you three Semper Fidelis ratings because of reasons, I do consider triple posting to be an abuse of process that will devalue this illustrious medal.

Is it just me, or are the left sorta...more quiet as of late? they don't seem quite as openly smug or as festive as they usually would be during a time like this.
I'm not saying there aren't any who are, but they don't seem as sure of themselves like they used to be.

I think at this point everyone knows that the US is a powderkeg. What happened wasn't a legitimate election and no one knows what will happen next. Whatever happens, the shit is going to hit the fan.

All I hear from them is "durrdurr dat's a conspeeracee theeories!"

Trump and the left are a symbiotic relationship, remove Trump and they have nothing to whine about.
Depends on who you define as “the left.” If you mean “leftists” then no, they’re just gonna take their am at Liberals like they’ve been for the last two years. See: Pelosi vs AOC or Cori Bush vs Obama

Remember to have the double the dose of copium with the dose of hopium, so you won't be disappointed if things go south.
Joke’s on you.
I’m chaospilled and I expected absolutely nothing to begin with. You spergs keep moralfagging over perfectly fine entertainment.

Probably because they weren't prepared for how aggressive and powerful (because of the media and big tech) they would be. They weren't this bad a decade ago.
Plus, the GOPe still thinks this is a game where playing fair will get you anything, instead of a cold civil war where the most ruthless and conniving take all.

Ah! So they got their collective(?) ass handed to them by a bunch of raving idiots because they couldn't see this coming... despite the fact that they were already raving about slippery slopes for years.

Even more reassuring.

Probably the most infuriating part of the Michigan hearing yesterday was the one little Republican representative with the beard and nasally voice right at the end who meekly asked Giuliani, "What do you want us to do? You want us to put our names to paper and say we don't agree with the certification?"
To which Rudy replied, "No, I expect you to follow your Constitutional duty."

Fucks sake, if this was the other way around and it was a Democrat being hosed by obvious cheating, the Dems would have lines a mile long to uncertify the results. The GOP are such whipped pussies, they'll sell out the entire country including their own voters because they're scared little children.
If you weren't prepared to honor the Constitution and all that entails, fuck off now and forever and get the hell out of government.

From an analysis of how much good is even left after one would strip away all the compromised assholes, the rot is so deep I doubt America could even stand on its own.

The right has been incredibly naive, treating the left as though they were not being disingenuous.

I think at this point everyone knows that the US is a powderkeg. What happened wasn't a legitimate election and no one knows what will happen next. Whatever happens, the shit is going to hit the fan.

Definitely so. 30% of the left and basically all of the right think this election was invalid. Half the country no longer thinks voting the bastards out is a valid option.

Soap Box, Jury Box, Ballot Box, Ammo Box -- we've exhausted the first two and the third seems to be empty. That leaves... one option left.

No matter what happens, they're going to have to address that. Yes, the GOPe might cuck and hem and haw and talk about how they want to just lose with dignity and they'll fix it NEXT time, but that's not where the GOP base is at. And the next few weeks, and the next few months, are going to be very, very eventful and very, very consequential.

Trump has openly, and from the official soapbox of the White House, declared this election invalid and that the DNC rigged it. Trump is not on the side of the GOPe, he's on the side of the MAGA Party.

Or, like you said. Powderkeg. If he flips a state, it's going to go off. If he doesn't flip a state, it's going to go off. No one knows how to de-escalate because the left and right no longer even speak the same language, and have dismissed the other side as being literally less than human.

It may be time to consider the idea that we are in a Cold Civil War, and what, if anything, can be done about it before it goes hot.

Edit: Due to recent events in this thread, I wish to clarify that I am not calling for violence, nor wishing for it. This is simply wargaming based on the book "Days of Rage," and previous action by radical leftist terrorists in the United States.

We can't do anything about it, it's already too far gone. To be honest, I'm surprised there haven't been any high profile assassinations yet, esp with major right wing/left wing political figures walking around without any security. All it takes is one sniper or a crazy guy with a syringe filled with fentanyl and you could easily create a martyr.

Hey, LOTR was written for a 1940s YA audience, young people were more mature back then, allegedly.
They kinda had to be mature with the world they were growing up into. I mean, dealing with the after-effects of World War 2, the decades long paranoia-filled Cold War, then the Korean War, followed by the Vietnam war...

Fuck, kids had it rough back then. LOTR was probably the perfect escape for them with all of that world-building.
