The ridiculous part is that 230 doesn't have to be repealed to get the effect that Trump wants. He only has to enforce it and Congress only has to enforce it. Under 230 there is ample material to destroy Twitter and Facebook and Google and hell probably even Disney. If they just enforced the laws that they have then a lot of these problems would simply go away.

Anybody know any good forums to shit on pozzed tv shows/videogames. If I have that, I think Ill be alright, even if I can't drop nigger into every sentence.

Is there any apparatus of the Executive Branch which is actually willing to enforce things in the way Trump wants? Any at all?

afaik Executive Orders are the way to go for the executive branch. The entire reason we are in this situation is because Congress won't pass or enforce laws. Senators and Reps could easily go after Silicon Valley for violating 230 and that is supposedly what those congressional hearings and whatnot are about, deciding if SV is violating 230.

But as we have seen, Congress only wants to whine at Zuck and Hack Dorsey, Ted Cruz dunks on them, and then everyone walks away doing nothing. SV continues to get away with murder and Congress just does show hearings.

I guess from Trump's POV he's frustrated and no one will work with him so maybe he thinks this is the only way out. After all a veto is the only leverage he has over Congress and Executive Orders may not be widespread enough.

But he is still a retard president that is going to destroy the internet.

Yeah, that's what I'm getting at. Most of Trump's failures are because he was unwilling or unable to put anyone under him who would actually do what he told them to. For whatever dumb reason he looked for advisors rather than soldiers. Now his kids are taking him for a ride and laughing all the way to the bank while they monopolize lobbying, and he can only make desperate hail mary plays to actualize policy which do far more harm than good.

I don't think 4chan will go down just because Hiro owns it. Hiro is a greedy Jew trying to make money off the site, hes plastered ads all over the site and is probably selling user data to the feds and advertizers like he did before, hes not going to kill his income source that fuels a possible drug addiction. Hiros also already fugitive on the run, he's not going to walk into a courtroom to answer a summons for someone sueing 4chan only to get arrested and extradited back to Japan. Most likely the site will stay up with increased moderation and certain boards banned until the site becomes unprofitable.

There is literally no conceivable way the supreme court would be involved.
The supreme court has no involvement in the veto process.
The only involvement they have ever had is overruling new forms of veto like line-item vetos.
Read the constitution you niggers it's shorter than this thread.

Ok but wouldn't the repeal be opposed by pretty much everyone? Hell even corporations probably wouldn't want this, includng the general public and govertment individuals. Plus, Trump has been reactionary all his 4 years in power- I doubt that he'll actually get this off the ground.
