Nope. It's Biden asking for people to wear a mask 24x7 for just the first 100 days of his administration.

Getting "15 days to flatten the curve" vibes. They must genuinely think we're idiots.
24/7? Even while inside? Do they really want to push that? I’m pretty sure that that’ll be a deal breaker and get people to REALLY hate you.
I'm not a "retard" but okay? I said the aoc types will end up taking over the dnc if kamala takes over or if they have a dnc majority senate and house. I know the socialist hates Biden but they surely love kamala. And if Trump loses and the runoff goes left because the right are demoralized its a likely possibility it'll get farther left if the left can just use the same dominion machines to rig every election. Nobody else will fight like trump has so the dnc will continue to fraud elections if they go against rinos.

Yep. You are now here:

Yeah, you're retarded. Kamala was getting more shit than Biden during the primaries. Even the idpol controlled left hates her because she put niggers in jail for smoking weed while bragging about smoking weed on the Breakfast Club (IIRC).

There is no "left". There is pic related. Your future is one of 50 year adjustable rate mortgages, no minimum wage, privatized healthcare and transsexual child prostitutes. This is the real Biden's America.
Here’s the question you have to ask about Kamala: is she someone like AOC but at the same time can be put on a leash or isn’t one to just tweet or mouth off the first time when she feels she’s in a position of advantage. If she is, we know who’s going to captain the ship to progressive utopia. If she isn’t...she can easily point to the person(s) that fit the description. For Democrats, it’s get rid of Trump, then Utopia or bust.

So, any idea where this leads to? Because I'm tired of being jerked around.
Pennsylvania has already certified its electors, and the timing of Alito’s order means SCOTUS wouldn’t even be able to act on this before the federal safe-harbor deadline—which is December 8. I assume this means Alito doesn't really give a shit about these legal cases, because federal law provides that state certifications by the safe-harbor deadline are conclusive.

If he wanted to cause a shitshow, he would’ve ordered a response by tomorrow night.

Goons: you see that lawyer who got arrested for saying he was moving to Georgia to vote in the runoff? What a retard.
Me: isn't Yang and a whole bunch of other progressives doing the same?
Goons:Well they will vote correctly so it is alright.

Just bring on the civil war already jesus fuck
You seem mad. You do realize there's a difference between meeting the legal requirements to change your state of residence, and just filing a bogus registration from Florida, right?

Governor of PA still has to send the list to the Congress, which the lawsuit wants to stop. that doesn't happen until january 12th or there abouts. I'm pretty sure the federal safe harbor is the last day for filling lawsuits, whatever remains can be taken up by scotus after that?

Something like that.

As I stated my opinion before, if they don't push a case to SCOTUS or fail at it before the electoral vote, you're heading into uncharted territory as all of that is on the boundaries of theoretical physics. By that point it's just insane to try and eject Biden out after that date. If Trump doesn't slam dunk a court case over there within a week and a half, then it's time to cash out because the probability is so low for him to stay that you have a better chance winning in the lottery, becoming leader of a country, and getting fifty anime bitches.

BASED Alito not even addressing the issue until the day after the 'Safe Harbor' deadline.

Alito is ridin' with Biden, baby

The safe-harbor deadline is the deadline for any election-related lawsuits to be filed in the first place. Recall that Bush v. Gore wrapped up a couple days before the EC convention.

I sure do. You guys are parroting the Q conspiracies about "mah election fraud!"
QAnon is about a conspiracy involving all the worlds elites, like the Clintons, sex trafficking children and worshipping Satan.
Voter fraud accusations are not directly tied to that in anyway.

Which is why I don't get Alito is pushing it AFTER that date. Maybe he’s signaling to the plaintiffs that they are not going to win, in any capacity? Once PA reaches safe harbor the case is moot, as it related to this election. If this concerned Alito, he would have fast tracked it.

Correct, but now the Q folks (including Powell) have started sperging about election fraud. And you guys are parroting those same theories, so congrats. Trump started the election fraud conspiracies in 2016, but then he won so he stopped. He did the same thing this year, but lost, so he kept going so he could get more cash from his paypigs. Congrats, you got conned by a boomer

we've been in uncharted territory. stop-start of the counts, eliminating election security safeguards because of covid, demographics in 6 states not matching the rest of the country, the 16 bellweathers being completely wrong, polls getting btfo by large margins, not a single audit or signature match, zero investigations, etc etc. there's a lot of firsts here and it should be no surprise that scotus will have to make precedent.

Cases that already exist continue past Safe Harbor. Apparently. It's the last day to file NEW cases.

>QAnon believers also believe voter fraud happened, so that makes voter fraud a QAnon conspiracy by default. Also Trump started the election fraud accusations by having everyone yell how Russia helped him cheat, so him pointing out the opposite side is cheating is somehow him continuing a practise he did, not went through.
lolok

I don't think he'll get them through, but until either the 8th or 14th passes, I'll still be watching all this in case he somehow pulls through.
