Well, Jim did have a sixth sense on when to stop appearing on a show. The moment he stopped appearing as a semi-regular on any IBS show is the moment that show started going or went straight to hell.

Then again I suppose his advice is best advice, don't play internet friends, ever. He never did and so hew as able to pick up on shit going down long before most people did. Objectivity and treating everything and everyone as a source of entertainment is a hell of a drug. More internet people should strive to be like Jim.

Jurisdiction can only be in Virginia. She was domiciled there with Ralph, and both parties were living in the commonwealth when the crime(s) happened. What then occurs is who did she talk to: if it's California police they'd have to pass everything to Richmond PD which will probably take a while, and if she talked to Richmond PD via phone then they'll probably send her to her local PD to handle the investigation on their end and then fast track it to Virginia. In any case the question is then what did she allege. The revenge porn could be the easiest to prove if they can substantiate that Ralph did in fact admit he leaked it and he lied about it. That's pretty damn open a shut, and if they recorded it they're in the clear since federal law is a one-party consent jurisdiction. The abuse angle might be easy as well but since she's no longer in danger they'll drag their feet on it, especially in the age of rona.

I hope she documented the aftermath of the choking assault if there is pics of bruising and scratches along side of the other abuse accusations Ralph may not end up in prison but he will have a lot of fucked up questions to answer.

And this is the problem with the abuse allegation. Lacking Ralph coming out and saying, "Yeah, I did it while drunk" or a witness (May) saying that she was an eyewitness there's little that can be done. If she has pictures of any damage Ralph's defense might try to argue that she had previously applied makeup for pictures in order to make her father look abusive so that same level of scrutiny should be applied in this instance. If she has a doctor confirm she had injuries consistent with a violent altercation and it can be shown Ralph was the only likely suspect it increases the odds, but in a case like this it's a he-said-she-said, and while a DA might take it to get Ralph to plead to a lesser charge the belligerent fucker would (rightfully) demand a trial if there's no damning evidence in discovery and see what the DA does, even if the jury would likely convict because of how much of a shitbag Ralph is.

The last time she posted evidence of "abuse" it was a year old injury when her dumbass hit her face into a door at the coin shop.

Someone in my Discord Showed Me his posts and I have a little bit of an issue with what he said.

I honestly have nothing to do with the leaks whatsoever, if I did I wouldn't keep quiet about it.
I'm not exactly friends with Ralph ( to say the least).
