Look, we have people thinking we're in some kind of unofficial cold war for the soul of this country, of course they'll notice the death of someone in politics. Also, the time, place, and victim to seem seems to fall too much into place for this to be just some random car accident.

Assuming this banner isn't just a generic boilerplate message saying "Tours closed due to COVID" then there is the fact that someone up thread mentioned an article or a tweet where MPD and Capitol Police said they could not guarantee the court's safety if protests got too heavy

If the Supreme Court is doing an emergency meeting, especially for a case this big, it's definitely going to be closed to the public and they will probably emphasize the "closed to tourists" boilerplate message to make sure nobody who's not invited to the meeting will show up.

The Antifa types tend to be beardos, dangerhairs, future Karens, and joggers who willingly post profile pics of them enthusiastically wearing their mask talismans on social media. They'll head a COVID warning and not even think about it.

Basically, the odds for Biden are so bad, because his victory is almost certain, and the odds for Trump are so good, because his victory seems almost impossible, that there's not enough people making bets on Biden to cover for the people making astronomical bets on Trump if Trump somehow pulls out a win. I mean, to get anything on a hypothetical Biden bet, you'd have to be putting down massive amounts of money

The betting sites that are still open the only odds you can get for Biden are equal to the fees you pay buying in and cashing out so if you "win" you just break even. If anyone knows a site that's an exception to this let me know.

I think if any betting site were to have a scenario where you get more money than you put in for Biden at this point would be if you bet on Biden losing. Betting on a Biden win right now is too safe, so there’s not much money to be made from it.
