The no internet access bit comes from Ralph himself. The mail/packages being screened and thrown out from Vickers eulogy, cutting off communication with the family, aside from being obvious from what was leaked, the Vickers also confirmed Ralph did not even let her read their "goodbye/happy birthday" letters.

I had not heard about her working for Ralph. I doubt it though as that would give her too much freedom and would put his entire plan at risk, besides it is obvious she likes social media and would not have been able to stay away for long. It was likely one of Ralph's many lies.

Add to all of this that Ralph used May to convince her that all he was doing was right, in her best interest, and whatever else he needed, including convincing her to move in together with Pantsu to have a Dax-style poly relationship where one of the girlfriends is miserable.

You can use it to contact PSN accounts but that's about it, then there's some shitty built in browser but I doubt she even tried something like that.
The truth is she was in a compromised mental state, she was running away from her family after her lies had been exposed, Ralph was her only alternative and he took advantage of that 100%.
She had no reason to doubt what he was telling her, during the hospital stay she was her "savior" in a sense, so she would have believed the story about the hack.
I don't know much about these types of relationships, but from what I understand she would have basically believed everything because she had no choice. She depended on him for absolutely everything, shelter, food, "social" contact, everything was dependent on her keeping Ralph happy, and it seems that Pantsu (very aware of it) tried to use it against her like the pedo freak she is.
