I really wonder how Ralph perceives himself at this point. Not to mention that mrs vickers has some autoimune dieases and can´t exactly travel freely. I m not gonna moral fag about this, but such tactics are best deployed discreetly like right behind Ethan's back. Sadly the whole world know her situation. Also faith posses some self awareness and has a good support network with her family.
