Without exposing my sources inside, let's just say that the stereotype of animation being a safe space for insecure white rich kids who have had little exposure to other races is incredibly true, and that said non-whites (unless they're rich too) get ignored like crazy.

Especially after Null’s announcement today. That should indicate that this forum is on thin ice. The FBI are definitely watching this site now and one more slip can end the entire site in one move.
Discord could work as a temp place for the Art Community here. I just opened a tumblr page for my redesigns and edits so my stuff ain’t lost if this forum shuts down.
Unfortunately there aren’t that many forum sites that are popular anymore....

it makes me wonder if they’re really fans of the Bungou Stray Dogs franchise, since I barely see them talking about the anime in the SJW-safe spaces.
Don’t be surprised that the same thing will happen to rich minority animators that reach that same status. If The Boondocks and The Jellies taught me anything, the chips on their shoulders will be a lot more noticeable not just in art, but through their storytelling as well. Why do you think OK K.O. didn’t last that long?

Reddit is hardly a substitute for the freedom KF offers. All it takes is one angry buttmad troon to whine to one of those powermods who runs like 500 subs to get the "EVIL HATE FORUM!!!!" taken down, then "reopened" with a powermod behind it who'll censor any and all posts to hell and back.
The only social media site I use besides this anymore is Tumblr, because my friends are there and posts are still in chronological order, but it's a "dead site" and is just as bad about censorship as any other site. I fully believe that if and when Kiwifarms goes away, there will never again be a site like this. I mean, fuck, maybe one of those godforsaken -chan sites, but...at least here it isn't just "Hitler and Nigger" every other comment.
I like the forum style, and idk, a chat site like Discord wouldn't be so bad, but there's still the issue of websites having to take responsibility for what users on their sites say. 230's repeal would basically make the entire Internet just not worth the trouble unless you only have the "right" opinions and attitudes that let advertisers sell their bullshit beside your comments. I feel like just shy of meeting up in person and talking in the privacy of someone's actual home, there just won't be a good alternative (and that's not even possible for a handful of reasons, including the fact we all live in different parts of the world. Maybe an email mailing list of some kind? God only knows. Wonder how Gmail would be affected by 230.)

With reddit, they're the very definition of two faced cunts who'll be all muh wholesome intellectual chungus progressiverinos~~ but will stab you in the back and say all sorts of toxic shit (it's ok when they do it) if you say something they don't like or offend the woke mafia. emotional manipulation, lefty schizos and over the top "decent person uwu" posturing is what makes them so shitty and toxic, especially in popular and political subreddits.
I guess that applies to twitter too, just more mainstream.

Tbh, the best option would be to make a decentralized instance or server like pleroma or the likes. It definitely wouldn't replace the forum style but at least won't get mega banned by angry tranny jannies.
Maybe it's just me but I highly doubt 230 is gonna get axed. Even if it's a major spending bill the coof is a FAR more pressing issue and pushes the bill WAY back. And even if Biden does want to, the senate is gonna be so divided it's a miracle anything will get done.

The Minnie one would be cute without the flag, its a nice style and the character is recognizable. Guts on the other hand looks like garbage, I'd understand if they were just random doodles/something done when bored to pass the time, but finished art? No. The one on the right would make for a decent finished piece if it had proper details and shading etc put on top of it, since it just looks like very basic sketch stage left like that.
