I'm talking about SCOTUS, the Electoral College vote itself and the certification of that vote by Congress. Those safeguards.
I hope the state legislatures overturn it, or the SCOTUS does or Congress does. I'm just not convinced at this point they will. Though you're right that the Republican party is basically driving its own voters away if those state and federal legislators don't do everything they can to stop this.

The minority vote the Republican party got was because of Trump. If you throw out the most popular President the rnc had in 40 years they'll never win another Presidency again if Trump create, funds and Run for president in a new political party. Democratic slaves are starting to wake up seeing Biden is basically a corporate dino (Democrats in name only).
The system is set up to prevent either a successful third party candidate or an insurgent populist gaining the nomination.

Trump is an outlier. What he achieved is unprecedented.

If he chooses to run again the GOP nomination will be a given. All the gay bluster that he'll be successfully opposed by the likes of Haley or Cruise is just silly. At least 90% of GOP voters love the guy.

It's possible that an insurgent left wing populist gets the Dem nomination. After 4 years of Biden/Harris, and looking at their cabinet picks it looks like we're going to get Bush/Obama redux, the left are going to be pissed especially if they get involved in unpopular wars.

Saying all that we know that the DNC happily rig their primaries, so probably not.

Most likely scenario is that Trump runs again and faces off against Harris. If there is a third party push it will be from the left and not the right.

Amazingly Trump has a very good shot at winning in 2024, should they let him live that long.

Why's that? I thought hating trump was their only motivation
They may dislike Trump, but they blame third parties for “stealing” votes from them, when those votes were never their’s to begin with. They also accuse third party voters of giving their votes to their opponents, which also makes them angry. In the aftermath of the 2016 election, they not only got mad at Trump voters, but those that didn’t vote or vote third party. Apparently, people not voting for their candidate is one of the biggest insults you can give them, and it extends to third parties.

They think they are entitled to your vote. Which is why they are assmad about 74 million people voting for Trump.

I disagree. In 2024 he'll be at even more of a disadvantage. The Democrats will have perfected their fraud and will probably have taken control of the state legislatures in the contested states, as well as having stacked the Supreme Court and given amnesty to 11 million illegals. If Trump can't win as an incumbent with all the apparatus of the federal government behind him, he's not going to win as a non-consecutive candidate.

Possible more than 74,000,000 knowing how ridiculous the Dominion machines are. And that wasn't enough to beat Trump, so they ballot stuff like retards because niggers are the dumbest toadies ever.

You're assuming the various Democrat-aligned prosecutors, attorneys, or NGO's aren't going to spend the next four years constantly suing Trump and his children with the intent of bankrupting them and destroying their company, leaving him in absolutely no position to run for office again.

Their unhappiness even as they claim victory gives me just a wee glimmer of hope. Not necessarily that Trump can still win, but that they won't get everything on their psychotic agenda.

Which is another reason why he needs to do something, and quick. They will make his life miserable.

Here's a rather remarkable claim

The Amistad Project of the nonpartisan Thomas More Society released a study (pdf) on Dec. 4, making the case that the only constitutionally set date in the election process is Jan. 20, when the next president of the United States will be sworn in. All other dates, including the “safe harbor” deadline, the Electoral College vote on Dec. 14, and even the congressional vote count on Jan. 6, are dates set by federal law, which the document argues are “arbitrary” and founded on obsolete concerns.

I don't know if there's much if anything he can do at this point. Either he fucked up, his legal team fucked up, or there really is a nationwide bi-partisan effort on every level to remove him. And if that's the case, then we have a much more serious problem that goes beyond Trump.
