So far the status on the contested states
PN: Scotus could overturn Pennsylvania and let electors pick due to Pennsylvania has done unconstitutional stuff.
AZ: the gope is both based by trying to decertify the election but cuck by certifying?
GA: CUCKED.
MI: Trump's legal team got the voting machines but the voting machines have deleted voting data so maybe they got the machines before the data deletion?
Nv: Democratic Stronghold but the republicans are based.
So my probability of Trump getting those states
Pn: 50% likely
Mi: 25% low likely
Az: 15% not likely
NV: 1% you can try but will fail
GA: -10000000000 you might as well let dems get the senate.

I'm personally expecting (for the most part) a nothing burger, but a small part of me though believes that we could have something major tomorrow, but either way, it's kind of a do or die situation for Trump.

Yes it just reduces his paths to victory. Without Georgia he would need to either flip the entire rust belt or flip Pennslyvania + Wisconsin or Michigan + Arizona.
Alternatively there is the potiential for a electoral college tie where he fails to flip Pennslyvania, Georgia and Nevada but succeeds in getting Michigan, Wisconsin and Arizona resulting in a dead tie at 269 each. Which opens up a whole new shit storm.
Nevada is completely dominated by the dems are pretty much every level so the Nevada courts are not at all favourable. It's a shame because Barnes thinks the Trump Team do a fantastic job putting together the Nevada court case.
Only way Nevada flips is SCOTUS intervening.

Trump can’t just waltz into a State penitentiary and yank the guy out of jail without invoking the insurrection act. That is his only legal recourse. What should happen is the people that suffer this take it to SCOTUS and argue their 14th Amendment rights regarding self-defense/property laws, since clearly they were not treated fairly by the courts.
