anyway i poked in on her stream. she was basically getting into it with vegan gains because he got pissy over the fact she was complaining on twitter how getting instagram booties was impossible unless if genetics, editing, or plastic surgery. and soyboy was calling her a liar and saying working out would do it.
i'm kind of inclined to agree with venti on this one. you can't rearrange fat distribution with workouts. you can get a bigger butt and get it tone and lifted through workouts, yes, but you won't get the instagram fad pearshape body (big hips and ass, tiny upperbody) unless it's natural or you're getting implants or injections or some shit. kinda like how people believe the kim kardasian body is achievable through fucking waist trainers and squats lmfao
i've seen a lot of more candid bodybuilders open up about this, off the top of the head i remember michelle mcdaniel (my thoughts will probably offend you) talking about this sort of thing. she didn't discredit booty workouts (as she does them herself) but she did mention the ass people often want isn't attainable without plastic surgery. but she does suggest butt workouts to improve your butt shape/size.
i think you can workout to get a nice butt shape, it just wont be FAT ASS and disproportionate to your upperbody like many ewhores try to sell.
