so if we know he wouldn't listen to anything that bored or doesn't interest or concern him, what would make a self admitted sociopath listen?
- Seeking advice (in this case something bad about Ralph that could be considered entrapment if Ralph Talked about it)
- Something that could effect them as they play some minor or major roll (as opposed to crying to Biz partners just to be vindictive since she didn't tell what ever it is to a bunch of his other partners like Warski or Digibro who she is also on good terms with)
- Something that they did that they have a direct role in. This however is unlikely as if this were the case normally you would not be "informing" them.

We can infer from the May text leak it is a choking incident, but we do not have confirmation and Faith and her father have only made somewhat vague enough but fairly blunt statements. The smartest thing Mr. Vickers and Faith did is shut up after confirming they filed a police report and in time what happens after will determine how serious it was.

TL;DR most likely the choking incident, but we do not conclusively know. We can infer what the most probable thing this was about. We know Dax and Gator know SOMETHING not a lot of time has passed since this revelation but the fact that they haven't dropped the texts showing it was nothing more than Ralph yelling at his pregnant GF and her being an emotional woman is pretty damning as that would seem the first audience acceptable excuse that would soften this blow. BTW if there is some kind of "TEXT LEAK" showing exactly this after my post, don't believe it and wait till the courts sort it out.

You don't have to be 100% team faith or team Ralph. Just sit back and enjoy the show. Even if it turns out Faith is lying and Ralph is a good boy who dindu nuffin, her doing this to a guy who fought like hell to keep her in his life is hysterical. If she leaves her family and runs back to him after christmas like Ralph predicted and he takes her back (like he did when she leaked to a half way cuck his breath smells of used tampons) that will be comedy gold. PPP isn't wrong to suggest that is the most likely outcome BTW If she's just acting out or if it is legit. Ralph also is in a situation where that is the most favorable outcome because if he doesn't then it's child support time and civil damages time for the revenge porn.

Damages for the revenge porn are provable BTW. Vickers goes into it in detail as far as future hiring prospects and the loss of Faiths health insurance plus the medical bills. Throw in emotional damages (with a case that is more compelling than 90% of situations that is used) and given the leaks I think could at the very least reach a discovery stage for proving intent which is going to yield some hillarious stuff whether or not it sticks. This is strong civil legal case that even is if lost will financially destroy Ralph.

I also think (but am no lawyer so I don't know) the reason Ralph is trying to buy a house right now is he is trying to sheild his assets. He stated he is "putting everything" into the downpayment of the house in the leaks, and if I am not mistaken a ruling against his home would just put a lien on the home but he still would get to live in the home. Are foreclosures still happening durring the pandemic?

All of this makes sense, i just don't feel comfortable throwing my trust into carefully cherry picked messages while others are withheld. There might not be anything there that changes any of the messages or what Ralph says or does, but we don't know that. If you believe they wouldn't change anything, that is placing the trust in the leakers who are Faith, a person proven to lie about abuse and rape on every occasion they can get, and her Father, who is also in an all out war with Ralph, who, if Ralph abused Faith, has to be burning with righteous anger to do anything to hit back. Which makes them both a bad source of getting the 100% truth.

The messages might not be "fake". But the leaks are doctored in the sense that its obviously cut and leaving stuff out. Stuff that they figured was bad enough to not want to leave in.

It's certainly possible that this might be the case, however it could also be that the messages that aren't left in are completely unimportant and therefore innocently overlooked or embarrassing for Faith without being damning.

We already know Faith is a broken, duplicitous person. I don't trust her at all, but at the same time I can't fathom what she could have said in those three minutes that would change the context of this so dramatically that Ralph isn't a fucking monster.
