I meant more blatantly and openly than usual - and from major MSNBC/CNN/WAPO talking heads, not literally who columnists for the Daily Beast and Vice. They already do this though.

Texas has entered the ring and we are gearing for a states vs states slapfight. I can't explain it as well as other posters can though.I am done working, did I miss anything?
How Trump drains The Swamp: Just let them expose themselves.I have a feeling Trump's team was told in the background about what Texas was doing, and this was the big thing he mentioned a day or two ago. With how everyone who isn't TDS is mentioning how clean the lawsuit is, this was being worked on probably the day the AP declared Biden thief in chief. That Rudy was just picking out the RINOs is extra, because win or lose there are people whose careers are DOA.
And I don't find it a coincidence that all the China stuff is also being dropped this week so far too, from Stalwell's chinese concubine to Kemp and GA sucking small china dick at the houston consulate and the video about the CCP college professor lecture about how they have US politicians in their pocket. And if you have time read this article about how Pompeo knows which governors have been trying to get China cummies.
It's not even about party, it's about their own constituents and the legitimacy of the government...It's never been more clear who actually cares about the party more than their own skins.
And all they had to do was support Trump and instead they cuck out. Shit like that boggles my mind.Kemp, Duncan, and Sperger are finished.
And that one will also get slapped down.Because the PA case being rejected is fine, since Texas and the other Southern states have filed a new one merging the PA lawsuit with every other state lawsuit connected to fraud.
If it was going to be slapped down it wouldn't have been docketedAnd that one will also get slapped down.
1. Go back 100 pages.Sorry to be that faggot, but does anybody have a quick recap on whats going on? What happened with Texas?

So are you suggesting that all those poorly executed and almost always instantly dismissed suits either done by his team or by people doing it on his behalf were the legal manifestation of "Haha, I was only pretending to be retarded?" Sorry, I don't buy it.That's understandable. I generally don't think Trump is a 4D chess guy. Though it becomes more plausible in this case when you consider this: Was this ever NOT going to the SCOTUS? Even if Trump won in won of those lesser courts, it would have been appealed by the defense all the way up to SCOTUS all the same. Everyone knew that. We've arrived at the inevitability and what I've been saying for a month has been proven true.
It was all for show.
And yet it wasn't his team that got the issue there. He literally said, on Election Night, "We will go to the Supreme Court". This shouldn't really be up for debate
This I'm far more inclined to believe.I think there have been multiple teams working on this, none of which talk to/respect each other
1) A bunch of cases from Trump voters which got nailed by Democrat packed courts
2) Rudy and Jenna's track, which ended up being pretty good presentations to state legislatures who all, unfortunately, turned out to be run by RINO GOPe scum who refused to allow a special session.
3) Sidney Powell/Lin Wood's fantastically complicated and fantastically flawed lawsuits
4) The clever case on PA's election being unconstitutional due to Act 77
5) And now the Texas case
I'm thinking that the lesser court suits were to set the stage for this big SCOTUS suit. See, PA are trying to argue laches. Basically 'You should have sued before the election'. Now we've got tons of court transcripts of them saying, before the election 'You can't sue before the election, you haven't been harmed yet'. That and all sorts of other issues are only going to help the SCOTUS case. That's understandable.
Catch me up on something: I heard Pompeo is revealing something at a press conference tomorrow. If true, what is it?
Not quite. If I had to summarize, it made the dems overcommit to a bunch of tiny shit and they have showed their hands. The real shit is going to be dumped in front of them in the SCOTUS case.So are you suggesting that all those poorly executed and almost always instantly dismissed suits either done by his team or by people doing it on his behalf were the legal manifestation of "Haha, I was only pretending to be retarded?" Sorry, I don't buy it.
Lyin' Ted's from Texas. Texas filed the suit. Lyin' Ted said that he'd argue before SCOTUS and that he's argued before them before as a prosecutor. Lyin' Ted was one of the first people to back Trump, along with Lindsey Graham and the Utah AG.And yet it wasn't his team that got the issue there.
I wasn't going to say anything since "the south will rise again" meme energy was so high, but that "8 STATES" tweet everyone's sharing doesn't actually give a source, so while I want it to be true, for the moment it's unknown. However, Louisiana, Alabama, and Arkansas (archives) have all signalled their intent to support the state of Texas if the case is indeed heard, and that's just in the past few hours. So at the very least, we're in for a 4v4, Sun Belt vs Rust Belt (with Georgia as the traitor) matchSomething's a bit uncertain with the Texas lawsuit.

Please let this whole lawsuit be true.
The last case to hit SCOTUS was docketed and got slapped down as well.If it was going to be slapped down it wouldn't have been docketed

That is true. And now we'll see how it all plays out. I mean, I'm rooting for the Don, I would love nothing more than to keep Simple Joe and his puppeteers out of the White House. But if it ultimately turns out that legally, there's no "there" there, then there's no point in trying to pretend it can be turned around. I imagine I'm going to come out of this thing either laughing, crying, or possibly both. Not quite but that's ok. You do you fam.Doesn't change where we are now.
