So you going to think that SCOTUS is going to overturn 4 states in response to a lawsuit from Texas
Yes
based on the same evidence that is literally nothing
You either aren't paying attention or you are actually retarded if you think nothing of substance is going to be presented. I can't tell, it's a coin flip with you.
opening up a huge can of disgusting worms for future elections when someone gets elected they don't like?
Oh, you're right. Let's just sweep this under the rug and hope this all sorts itself out before the next election. The problem fixes itself if you just ignore it.
Fuck off mate.
"I'm not your buddy, guy!"

When is the big SCOTUS showdown supposed to happen? Sorry if it's already been posted but I can't sift through 30 pages of autistic screeching to get this one nugget so inb4 :Late:

m-moar?
Deadline for defendants to respond is in 19 hours and 15 minutes from now, roughly. Not sure about what happens after.

The states are supposed to respond to the lawsuit by tomorrow, but I don't think a designated date has been set for the SCOTUS hearing.

I don't really expect Trump to win at this point, but at least I'm glad to know what it all has been leading to. Most likely it will fail, but it does seem that all of the Kraken and Lin Wood lolsuits were a smokescreen for the real thing. At least when it fails, we can all finally move on to our new Chinese overlords.
Trump wins no matter what. He has gotten all the swamp monsters to come up to the surface for all to see. He has done this by constantly stirring the waters and entertaining us while he did it.

So even if Biden gets the POTUS office it is not going be a secure victory.

Trump has upset the apple cart. Thats exactly why many people voted for him wanted. Voters wanted to introduce some chaos into the establishment as a catalyst for change and now were getting the chance to get some.

Thanks to everyone who responded. So is the path to plausible victory:
  1. SCOTUS rules in Texas' favor and the electoral votes get un-certified
  2. ???
  3. Trump wins
I doubt that a re-doing the vote is in the cards, so could Trump's team somehow discard the electoral votes from those states altogether and they just get subtracted from Biden without any gains for Don? It seems to me that throwing out batches of allegedly fraudulent ballots is no longer the game plan.

I thought this was never supposed to reach the supreme court. The shills told me it was impossible :(
Hey I thought the clock was going to run out on any lawsuit getting through. Never expected 19 states to get the testicular fortitude to make the mother of all lawsuits and drop it from orbit on all our heads.

Yeah and half the voting public likes the Democrat swamp monsters and the other half is dumb enough to still vote for the Republican swamp monsters with the hopes of primarying them at some undisclosed point in the future because at least they're not Demon Rats.

Nothing is won.
He has accomplished what his base wanted to accomplish.
If you lose you win.

Oh I've been following the evidence.

From my understanding, either the state legislatures are allowed to send electors for Trump that are counted in Congress come January 6th, or they're barred from sending electors period and it goes to a contingent election. Neither are guarantees for him to win, but favor him more than if the case isn't ruled in favor of Texas. I've also heard that in the former scenario, there could be both Biden and Trump electors for the same state, in which case I think Pence chooses which ones to count. I expect there to be objections in Congress no matter what, frankly.

How much you want to bet AOC is the one with the white dress and bag?

Basically, I don't know what SCOTUS will rule but a possible remedy is for them to say that the election was unconstitutional in those states and therefore give State Legislatures the power to appoint their own electors.

Another remedy might be to say that the mail-in ballot procedure was unlawful and therefore invalid. You throw those votes out, Trump wins all the contested states.
