They say as several of the states joining the suit are ones that sided with the Union, including both one that had a bloody war to keep slavery out and one that literally seceded from a founding Confederate state.

Anyway, this is quite the development, and regardless of the outcome I think this is going to be one for the history books. Tomorrow is the deadline for the defendants to respond, and we'll see what they trot out.

Willfully posted the election results on their own website showing that 1.1 million more mail-in ballots were received than requested(PA). The news showing footage of a police truck carrying 100k+ ballots at 4 AM as if they took Trump's late night speech as their cue to deliver the fraudulent ballots(WI). Then you have Michigan posting their election results where they have 157k absentee ballots with no registered voters. Trump's fighting against rocks with teeth and the only thing saving them is big tech covering for their stupidity.
