Yeah, a lot of people seem to come braced for a fight when they should know better.
Friend of mine sort of came @ me with a tone when he called to tell me he tested positive for the Coof. In the snippiest, most aggressive voice I've ever heard him use he said " Just so you know, this virus is REAL!" which gave me the chance to shred him with "Of course it's real ye damned eejit! I'm the one who told you to watch yer ass since a year ago!"
I think he picked up on me pointing out that the numbers don't add up to what the narrative is saying, and his little gerbil brain twisted that to mean I was a Covid denier. Dumbass. (He recovered from having the Cooties but is now a mask nazi. Wtf. I think he's just bored at this point.)

I have two different neighbors who sit in the dark watching the fearporn, one of them has been dumping an entire 64 ounce thing of Fabulouso in the hallway three times a day. If she hears people on the stairs she does another immediately after it quiets down. This is what the news has done to stupid people. There's very little ventilation in the common areas so you have to wear swim goggles to go get your mail because it's like tear gas at this point.
I'm honestly hoping her old ass dies soon so my eyes can stop watering if I open my front door.

It's concerning that we are already seeing so many things cancelled for 2021. I'm telling you, that HBO Max announcement terrified me because it's basically an admission that not even this summer is safe.
I will eventually, but I won't be first in line nor do I want to be forced to do so. I'll probably wait a few months to see how people around me are reacting to it. Of course, this will make me an anti-vaxxer I'm sure in their minds.

The real disturbing thing is that there are absolutely no definitive "victory conditions" for any authority to declare an end to their emergency powers and give the all-clear. Is it a particular threshold of new cases per day? A percentage of the population with verified vaccines? Death rates? When mommy and daddy government tell us so? The fact that nobody can say for certain at this point should be ringing alarm bells for many more people than it is right now.
So a better question is this: how long are you willing to go along with this tyrannical crapshow circus before you say "enough?"
No. I do not fit any demographic with any significant risk of dying from this virus. More importantly, I have exactly zero trust in any of the companies peddling a vaccine or the experts claiming that it's safe. They lost credibility a long time ago in my eyes.
