Baked Alaska / Tim Treadstone / Tim Gionet / Anthime Joseph Gionet - White rapper, alt-right "activist", ex-Buzzfeed contributor; got arrested at the March for Trump, and a federal snitch

I imagine if he does have to spend time in prison much of his experience will be similar to when he was eating 1$ fried chicken in some shithole in Chicago, passing up his mealtime to all the inmates in the hopes he wont have to eat someone's tootsie roll

So Baked decides to do a content spray only to get content copped. It was bound to happen eventually, So is this a felony or a misdemeanour?

So does the fact he has done this repeatedly across the country mean his charges will be worse?

Or is it just going to be treated as an isolated incident?

Once, sure a fine and a couple of days in the jail - he's on what, 6 cases now? All instigated by him, and when he's too much of a pussy to deal with the consequences he preemptively strikes with pepper spray or in this case uses it when in no danger whatsoever.
The issue is jurisdiction. These are state charges, and they can't charge him for crimes he committed in another state, although they can use evidence of what he's been doing in other states to prove points about his character, argue that he's likely to be a repeat offender, etc, which can all be used to justify harsher sentencing, raise his bail or deny it entirely, etc.

They can't introduce past offenses as evidence he's guilty of the current crime, with some exceptions, for instance, that a criminal has a "signature" offense, or to impeach their testimony if they testify in their defense. It could be relevant to how hard a prosecutor tries to go, though, and is relevant to sentencing.

Also if anyone's interested, since the Scottsdale Police nabbed him, there's an online record request system here:

Well macing definitely is his signature offence...

It's not that you committed that crime before but that your m.o. is identical, i.e. you always leave a death's head moth in the dead victim's mouth. I think it could be argued that "deliberately provoke a fight then mace the person you provoked" is close enough, but ymmv. I do think it would be useful to the prosecutor to have the previous videos, categorized by date and time. The mashups with music and shit are probably not useful for that purpose. Not that they're likely to be used but they might give him an incentive to get this asshole under control.

I think the most fascinating part will be how Nick Fuentes copes about the optics being fine and that he still supports Baked. Fun fact, Baked Alaska was suppose to fly out to meet Fuentes for a new Stop the Steal event in Washington DC.

Baked was released on his own recognizance, which means he didn't even have to put down a bond I'm pretty sure.
Yeah, he just needs to show up for his court dates and that's it.

A warrant can be issued if he misses one but they usually just put it on for another date to see if you show up.
