Nah, I would guess it's a mixture of depression, drunkedness, social anxiety, fear (of reprisal) and anger.
He knows he won't be able to put on a show right now without flipping out and/or getting detained.
Plus he'll need to fill Dax in on the month's events off camera, as well as seeking advice on setting up his harem.
Added to this, he's back in Florida, which seems to have this content-sucking effect on him.

You're giving this fat ass too much credit. It is for one reason and one reason only that he hasn't streamed: He doesn't want us to ruin his good time/"vacation". It really is as simple as that.

An additional factor is that by streaming during a period of intense scrutiny his paypigs will get exposed to uncomfortable facts that have been hidden from them. The only reason he has any remaining paypiggies is by putting so much effort into policing his twitter and the stream chat. If he's not at his battlestation all the haydurs will run wild and tell the sheep about the shears.
Does the gunt waste an expensive trip but keep his income safe, or does he make some easy lemons but risk getting aylawg'd?
