What precipitated this? Did the stench become unbearable to the rest of his family? Did he try to scratch it and his hand came back covered in maggots? Did he pull off a sock and there was a strange lump in it and it was a toe?

It sounds like some ER shit in any event. He’s not known for being proactive about any health issue; whatever sent him there was likely something he couldn’t ignore.

A moment of silence for all the nurses and Doctors who will have to put up with Lou's bullshit whining and complaining for the next weeks. Can't wait for him to bitch about their rampant transphobia and fatphobia when they call him 'Mister' and force him to talk to a nutritionist to get his blood sugar in check.

You're damn right, lou. We *were* right. This is what your ego and your choice of lifestyle gets you. You chose to be fat, you chose to gorge yourself, you chose to not seek treatment before your foot rotted off, you chose to bite the hand that feeds you not sometimes, but every time.

You brought all of this on yourself, and you've only made things infinitely harder now. You have only yourself to blame. We weren't responsible for this, your family wasn't responsible for this, etc. Nobody held a gun to your head and told you to eat. Nobody prevented you from seeing a doctor. Its all on you, buddy boy.

I seriously do wish you luck though, because you are absolutely going to need it.

Christmas came early and so will Griftmas. If he comes out with an acute weight loss due to limb removal yinz guis know he will full on use all of this to grift.

If anything we should feel sorry for the medical personnel putting up with his crap. Having a fat tranny Karen bitching so much is a hell no one of them deserves to be exposed to.

I stayed up drinking with pals and it’s taking my every bit of concentration and a lot of letting autocorrect take the wheel to not slur type right not but holy ducking Christ, I’m glad I came to see what Lou was up to tonight. Just wanna throw this out there: since we all know Lou is a well-established liar about literally everything, how do we know he's not lying about the hospital too? The only evidence we have so far is Lou's tweets about him being there and considering he was lying about his heritage and being shot with a gun literally hours ago, I wouldn't take his word as gospel.

If Lou is actually telling the truth for a change, I can't say this is a huge shocker it got as bad as it did. When he had that freakout over Kiwis and random orbiters alike telling him to go see a fucking doctor already, his response was literally this:

While I don't wish anything bad on Lou (regardless of how shitty that he might be as a person), I also can't say I'm very sympathetic towards his situation when you consider he's ignored this for months. It will be nothing short of a miracle if Lou hasn't already inflicted irreversible damage from his untreated diabetes at this point.

That being said, I do hope he's ok. Wouldn't wish death, or even legit sepsis on the lad, as much as I do hate everything that comes out of his mouth. But he was warned multiple times to get that foot looked at, guess he's gonna have to do some thinking about his life choices.

I see one of two possible scenarios going on:

1.: Louie is so desperate for a GriftBux fix because of how little money he's received lately that he's going back to lying about his foot wound to sucker rubes out of their money. And now with the twist that he's saying we've been right, "but not totally right".

2.: He's let that disgusting, rotting Diabetic Ulcer fester for so long and it's gotten so bad that he can no longer deny and ignore just how deeply in the shit he's sunken.

There's a very real possibility that the only thing Louie will be getting for Christmas is an amputation stump or a section of his foot removed and a prescription for narcotic painkillers.

Whilst I do have a bit of scepticism because this is lying Louie after all, it would certainly explain all the puking and sweating he's been doing which we've been long speculating as being caused by his infected foot hole. Sepsis though? I doubt very much he'd be up and lucid enough to be tweeting if he were ill with sepsis because that shit is life threateningly sick. I suppose he could certainly have been on his way to full blown sepsis though. Perhaps a medical professional finally got to see the foot and went into total panic mode.

I found these replies to him on twitter, they must be talking about the foot? It was around the same time as his hospital announcement. Even his simps can't hide their disgust any longer.

Sepsis is a bit of a spectrum, severe sepsis + septic shock are the bad ones which come from untreated sepsis, which can be mild but still a big issue that needs treatment fast
