Another shitty midi song with basic chord progression and basic drums. Instead of learning the guitar part on guitar, which btw is easy as fuck because it is so fucking basic, he instead uses shitty plucked midi clips. Also lmao autotune. As he said himself, it is obvious that he made this song in a day.

Sounds a whole lot like he’s trying to get Taylor back, we all know he’ll never bother showing affection while he’s still safe to abuse her. We’ve seen this with all of his ex-girlfriends and in a couple days he’ll be throwing her under the bus bigtime, though he’ll probably vague about it first. It’s likely he’s already been doing that with his “cried a lot today, I’m so fucked up right now” posts.

Day by day my tinfoil holds a little more weight; I think she hasn’t left him in the sense that she declared she was breaking it off with him, but due to the documentary she probably did take the kids to her family’s residence for safety. And since Grug is suddenly losing a MASSIVE amount of control over her, he’s lovebombing and guilt-tripping her to convince her not to look the other way while also narcissistically posting it online so the world too can see what a great sensible guy he is.

I wonder if referring to Taylor as a lady is his way of a peace offering, acknowledging that it was never her choice to be defeminized and paraded around the internet and she has probably resented it to this day. Also some hilariously choice lyrics in “you set me free,” which I choose to read as “please take the rap for me.”

Goddamn will it be gratifying to have a thread movie night as a send-off to the farms and to the final days of Gregoyle's freedom.
