It’s so painfully obvious that this whole using BPD as a deflection thing is complete bullshit that the excessive sloshing within his Frankenstein head conjured up as narc fuel. I know we know this, but I find this reoccurring ree of his extra annoying and idiotic.
BPD is not a common diagnosis and the diagnosis is a long process. On top of that, the people groomer is accusing of having it were teens when he was preying upon them and diagnosing BPD during adolescence has only recently become common practice. You have to show symptoms for a year before diagnosis if you’re under 18. Not to mention, only 1-2% of the general population have it. Not sure how this one lunatic happens to know so many people with it, including himself according to his own past deranged ramblings. I’m supposed to believe that greg is a special bpd magnet - he has/had it and practically half the people that have been closest to him in his life have it, and they were all diagnosed between 13-15 years old? I don’t buy it.
It’s more likely he watched “Girl, Interrupted” once and thought he was equipped to diagnose it from then on. His narc water brain convinces itself that every hormonal teenage girl that expresses the appropriate negative response to his abusive behaviour has BPD.
If any of those girls did mention having BPD, it’s likely they just mentioned it as a possibility and not a fact that they had regrettably opened up about to this loser. And we all know he would’ve loved this because narc water brain prefers easy targets (the vulnerable) and he knew he could use that vulnerable info against them if they ever disobeyed him (which is what he has done/is attempting to do now). He’s such a scumbag narc that I’m inclined to believe that he could’ve been the one to plant the idea that they have bpd in the girls’ heads and manipulate them to the point that they believed it. This is especially possible since he was the one who brought up BPD himself and claimed to have it in the midst of a manipulation attempt ages ago, before even knowing any of the girls (besides Shiloh and Skye).
Seriously, have any of his victims ever actually said that they were diagnosed with BPD? I know Sara says she isn’t. Shiloh? The only person I know of for sure is Billie’s friend, Ayalla, but she isn’t a victim. However, she did “disobey” by calling out his shit behaviour and by helping Billie escape from the swamp shack. She was a bit of a catalyst for Billie finally getting away from the onions, so she definitely counts according to him and would be enough to justify his obsession with flaming people that have this particular mental illness.

Well Billie had bipolar, which is not BDP and was convinced by Greg to go off her meds, so if she went “crazy” it could have been withdrawal, her bipolar taking hold, or a combination, either way it would have been HIS fault for making her go off the meds.
He always latches onto the weirdest fucking things towards the people he hates. Ex-girlfriends? BPD. Heatboss? Moose bitch. Chris Hanson? Infidelity. But he never directly acknowledges their personal criticisms towards him, he just takes one aspect of their identity and decides all people of that group are the same.
I don't know if this is powerleveling or not, but as someone who was recently diagnosed with BPD (Borderline, not Bipolar), my therapist informed me (basically warned me, tbh) that untreated Narcissists gravitate more towards people with untreated BPD because of our deep-seated fear of abandonment and almost no sense of self. People with BPD tend to idealize their partners, and make their whole world about them, kinda unknowingly. Narcissists love that shit, and will especially abuse the lack of self-awareness. The two together is a recipe for abuse.
To handle both personality disorders, it not only requires therapy, but like I said, it requires heaping doses of self-awareness, of which Greg absolutely refuses to practice any, so he's left to constantly blame others for his faults.
There's some "reformed" narcissists that I follow that I believe do genuinely feel terrible for the way they were and actively educate people on what it was like to be that way and how they literally need to practice being self-aware. Just like people with BPD do.
But Greg thinks that admitting one fault equals admitting all faults, and therefore will never reflect on his mistakes honestly.
