Lion Charisma: EX strike againThe boomers get along surprisingly well
110 for both days. Im interested, but I don't know. I can't watch it live and seeing a recording of Luna dieing from exhaustion won't be the same.Did anyone buy tickets for Beyond the Stage?
The fact that the thought of spending 60 dollars to see 3D anime girls singing even passed through my head a bit shows me how deep I've fallen

Eh tbh I feel like stage 2 is way more worth watching than stage 1, could be my Suisei bias110 for both days. Im interested, but I don't know. I can't watch it live and seeing a recording of Luna dieing from exhaustion won't be the same.
The site actually has an english option and you don't need to watch it live, the archive will stay up until the 11th of January 11:59PM, and you can buy tickets for the entire duration.Unfortunately i wasn't able to, and im far too busy with exams to watch it live at the moment. Maybe next one. Let us know how it went though, im curious to see if there's going to be a live audience at all or is it online-only experience
edit: Fuck, now that you've mentioned it at all, im now seriously considering buying it. Can you still buy tickets? Does anyone know how to navigate through moon runes?
I didn't attempt anything. I entertained the idea but realized that association with the ratking is not worth the information I'd get from it, but more power to them if they think I am already there on a sock account. If they find out about your attempted psyop and in turn hate you then they would be more defensive against you snooping around the internal relations within the clique, and you'll be back to square one before you know it.

On the Cover cut: Coco discussed it. 30% goes to Youtube, Cover then gets half of what's left (35% overall) and then the remaining 35% goes to the talent in addition to their normal salary. They do this to at least preserve some sense of fairness so that people who lag behind in donations (like the holostars) aren't left completely bereft of funds. They also have to pay the BTS staff too, so I actually think their payment structure is pretty fair.
I'm pretty sure Otogibara Era genuinely does that, she regularly streams and posts videos of gacha rolls where she isnt even using her L2D. Pretty sure the like 10k she personally earned during her 3D debut went straight to some random fujobait gachaThen the talents uses that hard earned salary to gacha, further boosting the economy.
Or, in the case of Matsuri, continue the cycle of simping by dropping superchats on your favorite vtubers from other agencies or even your own agency. Then the talents uses that hard earned salary to gacha, further boosting the economy.

So, on that end, a couple pages back it was mentioned that some of the talents make certain amounts in donations, memberships, ad revenue, etc. So, if Korone typically gets $1,000 to $2,000 per stream, that's easily $350 to $700 before Japanese taxes. Not bad for a few hours' work.On the Cover cut: Coco discussed it. 30% goes to Youtube, Cover then gets half of what's left (35% overall) and then the remaining 35% goes to the talent in addition to their normal salary. Im not sure if im late as hell on this or not, but apparantly, a Hololive Korea account exists. At first i thought it was some fan account, but the real Hololivers follow it. There's only one post made all the way back in January (so, before even Hololive ID's 1st gen debuted) and it's the open recruitment post for overseas staff

Why am I getting Hololive moments flashbacks.
They have a hateboner for Japan but overall, they're not as bad.I trust that the Korean dudes aren't as bad as the bugmen at least
I agree, but bigger subs also *in general* mean a bigger live audience. I think the general rule of thumb for vtuber is like 0.01% of the subs is live viewer? So it still meant a difference between having 200k subs and a million.Yeah, retention is the name of the game.
Doesnt matter how much subs you have if you only get a small portion of the subs to click your videos.
