He only keeps up these pretences when he remembers. When he first got onto the Farms' radar he was claiming to be a multiple system, but he kept forgetting to refer to himself as "we" and eventually stopped bothering altogether. Kevin wears fundamental aspects of his own identity the way you or I might wear different t-shirts.

It does, hence the comment about his shriveling prostate. I think it's been stated several times in multiple threads that HRT eventually causes prostate cancer.

Complete opposite, actually. Testosterone definitely has heavier effects on females while the estrogen MTFs take really only has comparatively minor effects. It's the same reason FTMs tend to pass with hormones a little better than MTFs can, testosterone mostly "adds" cosmetic changes like body hair, hair loss and a deep voice, and it's more difficult to remove something the human body has developed than it is to add onto it.
Edit: Their reproductive systems are fucked either way, though. That's just what happens when you fuck with nature.

Sometimes I sit back and think about this shit and I can't believe the mental gymnastics that lead to taking hormones, much less permanently altering your body's organs via cosmetic surgery. I don't think being trans means you're inherently ill, but I do think the people that torture their body into performing as the opposite sex are deeply sick and need desperate help. Help that doesn't involve enforcing their delusions. You can't become the other sex. You can present yourself a certain way, but you will never go from biological male to female or vice versa. Maybe I'm just troonphobic, because I don't understand it one bit.

What's helpful to remember is that most species will default to a female dimorphism when both male and female fetuses have the gonads removed. Estrogen affects the body as well, but testosterone is more prevalent. Either way, a pill cannot fully replicate an entire lifetime of gland secretion, let alone undo its effects.
However, in terms of a surgery, I'd imagine detransitioning in terms by undoing the procedure is certainly more forgiving in FtMs seeing as the haven't actively destroyed a part of their anatomy as much.

Not only do they know nothing about women's bodies, they know nothing about men's bodies, either. Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men, which is why fellas should start getting screened regularly. But since they magically stop being men, it's not a thing they have to worry about, I guess. I never thought troons could keep getting dumber, but they always prove me wrong.
