If this is possible at any point in the future, it is definitely only going to be available for the top 1% of trannies. There is no fucking way that would be a cheap procedure and womb donations are not going to be common, not to mention there's likely going to be a number of physical requirements to even safely get this done, even more being added if you live somewhere with universal healthcare. Tragically for Kev's dreams of being a breeding cow or whatever, in the study of a woman giving birth with a donated uterus in 2018 (which was the one every MtF on the internet creamed themselves over), it was an in-and-out kind of deal - uterus gets put in, baby gets put in uterus, both uterus and baby come out via C-section. It's just too dangerous to have an organ transplant floating around inside you when it's not strictly essential. (imho, even in actual women this isn't essential surgery and is dumb as hell, but hey. money to be made for the surgeons I guess, so who gives a shit about ethics.)

For MtFs though, there's gonna be a whole host of other issues (ignore the bullshit intro, interesting stuff is the complications) with just shoving a uterus in there. And that paper I linked specifically mentions one of the concerns being that, in women, you can hook the uterus up to the vaginal opening for menstruation etc., but for troons, even if they have a "vagina", it's not made of the right stuff and there's concerns you'd get a tonne of infections which would keep killing the pregnancy (presumably because the microbes are migrating up into the uterus). I am not a doctor but when I look at this logically it just doesn't seem possible. Women have a uterus which sits above the bladder. Men have a prostate which sits below the bladder pushing the bladder right up against other organs. Simple biology tells us that the man's body is not designed for a uterus, there isn't enough room. Cramming an organ into a body that was never designed to have said organ just seems sort of... Dr. Frankenstein-ish to me.

Absolutely. "Birth bearing hips" is not just saying, it's a fact. Women have them. Men do not. God did not create man with the ability to carry a child for 9 months. On top of that, men can not create colostrum which while not necessary for a child, does have a multitude of health benefits.

I have to also believe that because of the male anatomy, even if a man got a uterus transplant, and got pregnant and took it to term, a C-section would be increasingly dangerous based on the multitude of past surgeries alone. Also, I don't believe a uterus transplant would ever be at 100% strength, so the likelihood of tearing leading to amniotic fluid leaking putting both the baby and man in danger is high. The success rate of a man giving birth a healthy baby would probably be astronomically low for a multitude of reasons.

Humans need to stop playing mad scientist at this point because we are straddling the line of nature and immorality of the highest degree.
