Oliver from Philosophy Tube has been talking about taking a break and coming back in 2021 with a new look. This has made me curious: what can he change about his style, really? Brings to mind speculations posted here about him eventually hopping on HRT.

Also, his statement on Patreon on finances is laughably vague. It would be better to say nothing.

I would link the video and give timestamps. But I decided a screenrecording is better. You don't have to give him a view that way. Xanderhal shows his incredibly ability to be wrong and sill act like he's right. "the dad was transphobic", "the kid's a transdude", "dad's accepting now". Shows he thinks the kid (Phoenix) is trans and the dad is okay with that. Then he's proven wrong on that and tries to make the point that "see, the parents are okay with the kid not being trans" not acknowledging he was wrong and that it wasn't at all what he was saying a minute beforehand. Sharing because his ability to be wrong and act like he's right is insane and the fact that his audience didn't even call him out at all. If I'm off base on this let me know.

I like how he's preemptively deflecting criticism by "haha I'll be accused of hiding information", but there's literally not a single figure relating to money in it, it's just "I made some money, I spent some money". Capitalists he hates are at least obligated to give their shareholder a detailed financial account

I'd rather watch some fat slob like Carl the Swindler of Swindon aka Soygon or Yertle the Turtle and Uncle Fester cosplayer Teddy Spaghetti aka Cox Gay sit at their desks while talking so slowly about such boring subjects that they lull me to sleep than watch a bunch of bourgeois retards prancing around in their fancy theater outfits LARPing as Lord Byron. But without any of his talent. Or the stones to put their money where their mouth is and join an armed insurrection or even just support it with money. And being only slightly less inbred.

I think Ive seen that Magog guy. Isnt his getup like more of a perpetual character he always uses? Even cringe as that can be, I at least find it less pretentious than the need for constant "wardrobe changes."
