I’m no lawfag—he keeps claiming discovery could be sued, but wouldn’t it be his responsibility to sue them? Lawsuits don’t just magically appear, there has to be a complainant as far as I know. So quit being a vague-posting coward and just say you’re going to sue them already.

I've said it before, but all the producers have to do to avoid any sort of liability whatsoever is liberally use "allegedly" throughout. Or even have a disclaimer flash on the screen for half a second. Even if they don't, it's still free speech but at least Greg wouldn't be tossed out of a courtroom on his ass within five minutes. It would take at least twenty.

Greg is probably trying to scare them into cancelling the thing now, even though there's a release date and there's no way Discovery is going to just throw money away after buying the thing. The cost of even getting a suit like this to court will be ten times more than his lolsuit against Repzion and Hansen, even without Discovery's lawyers filing to get it quashed beforehand.
