It's a fairly common misconception in the UK that by becoming a Ltd company you can then avoid being sued (as a claimant would bring action against the company)

This isn't true though, and Chloe could be held liable for actions of 'the company' (which is just her anyway in this case).

If someone feels they've suffered financial loss as a result of the actions of Chloe/Dissociadid Ltd they can sue. Paying for something and then not receiving said items could fall under this.

What's the bet she's read half an article and decided she's an expert in law as well, maybe someone in Suffolk Terrace at UEA was enrolled in law.

The worst part for me out of that self-righteous rant was the part about Nan, where she basically says “I never saw them doing anything bad and they never did anything bad to me” to justify staying with them. I generally hate that attitude towards abusers- “well, they were always nice to me/in front of me so it can’t be true!” It’s what allows abusers to continue for as long as they do and stops victims coming forward. It would’ve been better if she hadn’t said anything at all rather than use that as a justification.

Her company is a for profit. And is asking for donations on her brand new website, which I think it's illegal

I was with him on the whole overblown Satanic Ritual Abuse theories and the nut jobs who believe in it. Then around 6 minutes he goes into how the Trumps, the Clintons, the royal family, [insert popular family name here] are “the real pedophile rings”. The crazy “celebrity pedophile family” rings and pizza gate are pretty much the modern day equivalent of the satanic ritual abuse conspiracies of the 80s and 90s. It killed all credibility for him.

Not to mention the forced laugher when showing every excerpt from a website on his screen is very annoying. We get that its insane and that witch cults don’t exist, you don’t have to force laughter to make it clear that you don’t believe in it.
