Jaron Seth Bloshinsky / Jazz Jennings / I Am Jazz - Puberty Blockers: Not Even Once

Jeanette’s “interventions” re: Jazz’s weight seen to consist of wringing her hands a lot and occasionally suggesting Jazz go to therapy for his binge eating disorder. Jazz won’t go to a real therapist of course, and I don’t think Jeanette actually wants him to, or she’d make him go. A real therapist might detect how toxic Jeanette and the entire family are, and encourage Jazz to GTFO.

Isn’t someone Jazz’s age (20, right?) at the peak of their metabolism? He is already noticeably overweight, even with that high metabolism, and if he doesn’t change his ways he is likely to SERIOUSLY chunk out in a few years when his metabolism drops. I could see Jazz turn into an Amberlynn Reid: constantly on the diet roller coaster, hundreds of pounds overweight, and hoarding thousands of dollars worth of makeup, earrings and journals he never uses.

According to Sander's Twitter bio, he first went for a Business Major, then replaced it with "Master in Digital Strategy", but only officially got that Master's Degree a couple of days ago. And goodness, did he 'celebrate' that on Instagram (I didn't look at his Twitter or TikTok account).

At the moment there's no more mention of going to law school. That plan seems to have been dropped.

Enjoy the madness.

Meanwhile, Ari is doing her own thing away from the spotlight as much as possible (I think she's living back at her parents' due to the pandemic; she congratulated Sander and her boyfriend Jeremy with their graduations on her Instagram), Griffen has officially completed his first semester of Law School (if all goes well, he'll be a lawyer in 2023), and Jazz is silent about Harvard or any other college.
At least they celebrated something that isn't Jazz's amhole!

Real therapists might not touch the trans issue out of fear of being cancelled but it would be beyond obvious that Jeanette and Jazz's family life are huge factors in why he's a trainwreck mentally. Take the college saga for example. Jazz's college choice is far away from his family. He ends up having to pick the one Jeanette wants anyway. He wants a gap year because he isn't mentally prepared to go to college. Then the Covid lockdowns and shutdowns start happening.

He's not going to college. I'll eat my words if he does. Hell, I'll be HAPPY for him if he does, even if he won't ever fit in. Getting away from Jeanette would do him a world of good. But dear God, the freshman fifteen would also absolutely murder him so perhaps it's for the best.

CONRATS :)

Man her body type gets more and more Samoan with each passing day. It must be crushing to have to live with that along with everything else, I guess without surgery to motivate her to lose weight nothing will change.

Really the parents should be stepping in here, even if she's legally an adult she's still living under their roof. At least get her to start doing her own meals and maybe she can pick it up as a hobby. Seriously doubt you-know-who is going to do anything though.
Dear God she's a blob

Poor Jazz. Destined to always be the bridesmaid and never the bride.
Sure he was the center of attention all through childhood but now that he's an adult, nobody wants to be around him except his batshit mom and she is glowing at Sanders accomplishment in a way she never will for anything Jazz does, ever again.

He wouldn't get the freshman fifteen. It'd be the junior 110, if not the 110 in freshman year.

Honestly, from everything I know about health and medicine, this doesn't seem like a metabolism problem but an eating problem. I wouldn't doubt thst Jazz is binging on carbs. At 20, even with testosterone from the adrenal glands, you should be thin.

He already admitted that he is a secret binge eater and that he likes to take the car and go thru lots of different drive thru fast food places and also keeps stashes of food in his room.

he will never get help and fix himself mentally. His mama has taught him that surgery will fix everything but there is no surgical fix for being a lazy fatass who is mentally ill.

I would say a lobotomy, but his mom has essentially did that to him.

Mommy dearest must do everything so that Jazz doesn't have to. I'm confident that Jazz has absolutely no clue on how to do anything basic: cooking, doing laundry, paying bills, opening a bank account, getting a passport and so on. Every little thing making Jazz somewhat independent must be crushed.

It's Ari's birthday today:

There is a clownshow called "Seen" for the most grotesque of humanoids. If you go to their page you'll be greeted by The "Amazing" Desmond Napoles. Now they invites Jaron as their host:

To explore your identity by copy Lady Gaga. How original.

American slutpop with Middle East trappings. "A sound that is all her own", yeah right!

I wish he wasn't so averse to getting mental health support and proper psychiatric care instead of alt-med stuff. When did he start with this, not trusting therapists or any medical professionals except surgeons?

Mark my words - Jeanette is never ever going to allow Jazz to see a real therapist or get proper psychiatric care. They'd instantly recognize the weird and toxic relationship that Jazz and Jeanette have.
