Also, @Photographer are you under the impression that this thread was in any way created to 'help' the railroad? No one here has anything bad to say about the railroad, it's simply a discussion about Len and his lunacy.

How is that in any way effecting sales for a specific railway? And moreover, why should we care? No one is attacking or saying false things about any company, no one's goal is to help nor hinder the railway. We are just enjoying our milk.

If you can provide exculpatory evidence (the more detailed the better - can you post any hard data on ticket sales? Do you have any letters documents proving Len was unfairly banned?) we will definitely consider closing or even removing this thread. Who knows, if we find a bigger lolcow in the process, we may turn our attention toward them - it wouldn't be the first time.

Well if the board had a standing No Shaners policy, it sounds like Preston was acting very responsibly in carrying out the board's will. If they had to call a board meeting every time they saw someone tresspassing, they might as well not report it at all.

I'm asking why Shaner got banned in the first place. So far all he's told us is that it wasn't fair and he didn't deserve it and it was a conspiracy. He's said nothing about the actual events leading up to it, and all we have is third party reports. If he refuses to tell us, and you're truly neutral in the matter, your help would be greatly appreciated.
