its the price for being woke. I’m sure most surgeons don’t agree with this type of elective surgery but can’t say that openly.
I mean breasts reductions and augmentations are different because they won’t destroy the main function of the breasts, milk production. They also can be reversed at almost anytime.
But to lop off a perfectly functioning reproductive appendage mostly because “muh fetish” is just ludicrous on principal. Doctors are creating a world of pain in many different ways to further push the woke agenda and to feed the lunacy of these troons.
And yes they will have to dilate for the rest of their life mainly because the body will always see it as a wound. It’s like pierced ears. Can have them for decades but as soon as you stop wearing earrings your body will begin the process of closing them up.

To piggy back on this, augmentation and reduction can also serve real, valid medical assistance such as in the case of large breasts causing debilitating back pain/degenerative bone loss, or a cancer victim who's lost their breast tissue entirely, and is now trying to restore something they initially had but tragically lost.
An am hole is an abomination disguised as a medically valid treatment for a mental disease that will never "restore" a sense of true body plan. You cant restore what was never there.

Call me MOTI, but the Amhole is not a vagina. Women don't have wounds that they constantly have to keep open to prevent their vaginal canal from collapsing on itself (although, some women do dilate due to vaginismus or other conditions). Women have the parts and glands to create natural lubrication, and their hips are in such a way that helps with childbirth. Sure, I guess there are other TRANSGENDER women who have "vaginas" (just like how TRANS men can have "penises" and "testes"), but they don't have the full reproductive system like cisgender women do, they'll never have a menstrual cycle, ovaries, a cervix, etc.
