The levels of denial are very high indeed, but mostly on the ever-shrinking "Biden won and it was the most secure election ever" side. This was always a behind the scenes conflict of two factions for public perception. Does it seem to the American people now that Biden legitimately won? Do you honestly think that outside of a few fringe crackpots the people would rally behind him?

The TDS sufferers in my social circles went from "lol he won and OBVIOUSLY got 80 million votes and it was the most secure election ever" to a combination of getting REAL fucking quiet and angry if people talk about the election at all, to "Yeah there were some oddities but it doesn't matter because Trump lost."

That's a pretty big shift. Meanwhile, every single conservative I know, EVERY SINGLE ONE, is talking about Dominion, about votes being found under tables, of ballot machines being ran over and over again, about signatures not matching, and about the left doing anything in their power to prevent any and all investigations into any of this.

If Trump's gameplan is to rally support behind himself and then make a push to flip the election via procedural means, he's definitely managed a good running start on that. Him basically hosting a rally in DC on the 6th to flood the area with pissed off Trump Republicans to outpace the DNC, the GOPe, and the RINOs, is an interesting move as well.

If it all comes down to Pence, Trump has put the pieces in place so that Pence has the groundswell of support he needs to do it.

Because to know the facts requires you to know the area of study being discussed, and it's much, much easier to make appeals to authority instead. Or if you're halfway honest, try to work out what most people in the relevant field are thinking and hope that they are being honest about it.
