Far from the worst titjob I've seen, and frankly the scarring isn't all that bad, though I'm not judging on "motion" since I can't be arsed to find a video.
It looks like symmetry issues and a possible implant migration towards her shoulder are the main problems and frankly I'm not sure I'd do anything to them unless the implants keep migrating towards the coasts, so to speak, which becomes a pain issue, or some other yet unmanifested complication occurs. Any revision is likely going to introduce more visible scarring as getting a good revision usually means you won't go through the shoulder or bellybutton.
Of course all this could have been avoided by just not getting the surgery in the first place which would have been the smart and better looking choice...much like those tattoos.
Seriously, what's up with the batface? I don't know about anyone else but when I think "sexy" I think "gross belly-button licking batface front and center where I can't avoid looking at it".
All that said, the funniest parts of the set for me are how it is a great example of why it is probably not the best idea to try to self-shoot until you at least kind of know what you're doing. A professional might, for example, tell her to move the dead poinsettia + leaf-litter, get the random cables out of the shot (which looks like a poor attempt to hide the button by throwing somewhere), get the random iCucks out of the lighting, and most importantly they can also tell you when what you're doing looks fucking weird.
