Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

Yeah March will be interesting as I assume the flat owners will want to look in the flat for review. I assume if its in a high demand area the likelihood of this will increase. Depending on the strictness of the landlord they may immediately give her like a month notice.

She flaunts her wealth but I think a lot of it is held up by Petez, I assume her family are footing bills too or some credit cards her metics make no sense to warrant a grand lifestyle.

I am still astounded by the level of delusion though its shocking even Chris has higher levels of awareness

How is she still saying that "health" is one of the topics on her channel? What health? To be fair, I guess her new banner doesn't say good health, but still...

The New Year's livestream cemented her stance on health as far as I'm concerned. After recently being forced to acknowledge a bunch of super duper deluxe health issues, she willingly engaged in multiple self-destructive behaviors on camera with her middle finger held high in the air. I was still thinking that she would somehow realize how dire her situation is (stupid, I know) but now I'm completely convinced that she's on a trajectory straight to Hell.

Well, she switched back to foodie_beauty_official on IG.

She had switched to chantal_marie_official after her pitiful attempt at rebranding for the past week or two. I guess she's ready to jump back into being a "foodie". Strange way to start her self-declared repeat of the "new year, new me" schtick.

She posted this picture - ostensibly with her "morning" coffee - at 10pm her time.
There’s something so sad about those fake roses.
She’s not just tee heeing like it’s a joke, she’s being absolutely smug she’s relishing in it. Just like amberlynn, she knows exactly what she’s doing. She knew that would trigger people and she gets off on pissing them off and making money while she does it. It’s a game and no matter what happens to her, or how bad it is, as long as she’s capitalizing, she always feels like she’s winning.
But unlike Amber, Chantal can’t handle the backlash and will lash out, which is fun for us. She’s going to unravel hard this week.

Once a lease is up, it just goes month to month. There’ll likely be a yearly inspection in the spring but they’ll get at minimum 24 hours notice (it’s the law) so will have time to clean up. It’s very unlikely they’ll get booted out. Ask any landlord and they’ll say most people have messy homes/apartments. Paying the rent on time is more important to them.

The sooner he gets his own thread the better.
Agreed. I don't care about his fan fiction past and am just scrolling past the incredibly long paragraphs.

It is possible someone has already spoken to her. If a truck really is coming to get the boxes (remember: pics or gtfo), then it was almost surely not at her instigation. There was something that she said during her livestream, along the lines of "these boxes must be gone on the 4th", that made it sound as if she was parroting an order from someone else, not demonstrating her own resolve. It is very possible a neighbor, or several neighbors, have complained about noise, filth, odor, or weirdness coming from her apartment. Surely, they have at least noticed her. It's funny how she has never even once mentioned her neighbors, who live right on the other side of her walls; she certainly hasn't been making friends or mingling there.

It's funny because when she moved in, everyone here was saying that her 'luxury' apartment would be trashed within a year. Within 8 months is more like it. Aside from the psychotic mountain of boxes, which is crazy enough, there are also holes punched in the walls, grease, dirt and filth on the carpets, food wrappers everywhere, and "bugs" that she noticed months ago. This is why I said at the time that you can never give slobs nice things. Everything of (nominal) value in her possession, from her apartment to her car to her still-newish sofa is trashed and broken. Other shit remains disassembled or assembled wrong (leave it to Clotso to install drawer runners backwards on an end table) How can someone have unassembled dining room chairs lying in pieces on the floor for eight months? It it that fucking hard to use a screwdriver?

Normal people would be ashamed to show such a filthy habitat to the world. They would at least clean up before a livestream, or at least keep the camera pointed in ways that don't reveal the filth. Not Clotso; she enjoyed showing off the mess, to show how she has it all together because she has that truck coming.

Me, I love it. May the truck be another lie and may the boxes pile high. It is completely fitting that these slobs live in unsanitary, cluttered, firetrap conditions amongst broken furniture and empty gumball machines. I feel sorry for the owner, who is going to have to rip up the carpets, replace the drywall, fumigate, and repaint everything when they leave. But the owner should have known better when they applied.

Smoovy Jay is right on the legalities of it. Once her lease is up, it defaults to a month to month tenancy. Evictions in this province are hard to get & a wily "professional tenant" can drag the process out for 6+ months. As long as she's paying her rent & there aren't many complaints from neighbours, Chantal can skate by.

That being said, Dutch Courage makes a good point. Landlords can inspect a few times a year & have to give you a minimum 24 hour written notice. The reason generally stated is to make sure smoke detectors are still working properly or to check appliances. They're also looking for signs of pest infestation, hoarding, (which they can force you to address under fire code regulations) & it may indeed be that she was given until January 4th, 5 pm or some such time to have the cardboard out of there.

If that's the case & if it happens more than a few times, they can start an eviction process but all she ever has to do is address the complaint as ordered to & everything halts.

She's more likely to move out this spring because she's close to not being able to do the stairs at all. Mind you, she has a toilet downstairs off the kitchen & could fix up something to sleep down there but she still has a full flight down to get to her car & I have my doubts about her ability to handle that for much longer.

Not your fault? Really Chinny? You wasted this entire year doing what you always do, Eating yourself to death and raging.

Jfc, how much time does it take to flatten an Amazon box and stick it in the recycling bin? Ten seconds? If both she and Peetz got stuck in, they could have all of the boxes flattened in about an hour, while they sit on their asses watching Netflix. Then they could just move flattened stacks to the front door and get rid of them gradually (or throw them into a giant dumpster that certainly must be on the property).

But it doesn't matter. Once the junk men clear it out the new hoard will start and in a few months and it will look just like it does now.

May I remind you there's an empty paper recycling bin at the bottom of her stairs. It's just right there. They can fill it and every two weeks, put it outside and someone magically empties it. And theirs looks brand-fucking-new.

I’m betting real money the cats are pissing on those piles of boxes, or in corners, because there’s no way in fuck Chantal cleans the litter pans every day. Not even every other day. Not even once a WEEK. She can’t even put her own socks on, much less squat down to scoop litter. Likely she whines to Peetz to do it and he neglects it too because he rarely ventures out of his room.

I’m quickly coming round to agree with Dutch’s catch of that “boxes MUST be out by the 4th” slip of Chantal’s...perhaps her neighbours have smelt the cat urine and noticed bugs escaping her place (she did say she’s seen insects around her flat), and they asked the landlord to step in.

I’m betting Bibi used to clean the boxes and now no one does, forcing the cats to find corners and other boxes to use. That place must absolutely reek of cat wee and god knows what else.

This is her leaving the drama in 2020 and not explaining herself to anyone, just like she said she would. (These are replies to comments on her latest community post.)

"So what? Bullying and fat shaming is a healthy alternative?" In her eyes there's only those two extremes, either be quiet and let me kill myself in peace or you're automatically fat shaming me. Nevermind the people who are actually trying to help you, Chinny.
