I think that was a legit Korean judging by the name and display image. I will somewhat agree with the user what Canadians consider Korean due to their large Asian demographic is similar to Chinese food even Japan food but due to a very traditionalist culture companies tend to be more respectful to Japanese cuisine because their audience usually wants a more legitimate dish closer to the umani.

Korean food or western Korean is very very very far from the original and in honesty has a very unique taste more so than Japanese.
