Wouldn't the courts want to mend the schism created by this election to help mend things? As far as I can see ignoring the cases and dismissing things is only confirming in some peoples minds that the election was stolen. Wouldn't you even want to attempt some sort of healing for both sides? As far as I can see you are only confirming the peoples biases by ignoring the case.

Basically you are saying I want lunatic Trumpers shooting up the place. Is that what they want?
The Supreme Court does not get involved in political disputes. That doctrine is decades, if not centuries, old.

And you're acting like a Supreme Court decision would mean jack shit to Trump fans. The Supreme Court would inevitably rule against Trump, and the Trump fans would just declare that the Supreme Court is owned by the global elite Democrats, which they are already doing.

To anyone with a functioning brain, dismissing the lawsuits would be evidence that the lawsuits were retardedly bad.

However, you retards just cannot fathom the idea that your Dear Leader isn't as much of a genius and isn't as popular as your hugboxes lead you to believe. If you stepped outside of /pol/ every now and then, you'd see a lot of people hate him. Yes, Biden sucks, but Trump is a lot more hated

According to this https://www.peoplespunditdaily.com/elections/live-results-georgia-senate-runoff-regular-election/ and this https://www.peoplespunditdaily.com/elections/live-results-georgia-senate-runoff-special-election/ the Dems have a strong early lead but only 8% of the vote has been counted so far. Seems a little early to be calling the election just yet.
Says the man who has spent the past two months arguing the elections are fixed :story::story::story:
If Trump's election was fixed to get rid of Trump and give the Dems/Deep State unlimited power, then why wouldn't this one be fixed too? Especially since you've been saying that failing to #StoptheSteal would mean that no R would ever win any political position again.

Jesus 2.0 said they were actually blackmailed by global elite democrats with child pornography execution snuff (but also the blackmail lost its potency) so who do I trust more, a guy with a funny monkey as his avatar or a guy who is definitely not committing blasphemy of the highest order
SCOTUS was asked to specifically interpret safe harbor clauses and their applicability to running a vote recount by the safe harbor date.

What, exactly, was Texas Vs The World asking the SCOTUS to interpret?
Further, why would they intentionally suspend the most basic requirement of a lawsuit: standing?

Early vote totals are showing the Democrat candidates with a decent lead, but early voting was leaning more Democrat.

So when the Democrat's leads evaporate, instead of tardraging about "STOPPING THE COUNT" like Trump and his retard cult, we will just accept it because we understand how elections work.

No, they want to avoid it altogether. The decision that best exemplifies this is the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision, which you can read here: https://www.wicourts.gov/sc/opinion/DisplayDocument.pdf?content=pdf&seqNo=315395
Read the dissenting opinions - beginning at [61] - which are quite correct in their refutation of the majority's excuse for not hearing the suit. Note this lawsuit didn't allege fraud as such, but procedural violations of voting laws.

See you think this is a D vs R thing. Most people who support Trump don't care about that, they already know those people have worked their way up from the various political and department positions over the last few decades. They are more interested in if someone who came in from the outside of the political establishment is going to get their day in court. And it looks like they won't.

Except that the guy embellished the whole thing, and there's literally video recordings of it proving that it never happened the way he said it did.

Is this like when Rand Paul claimed he was assaulted and then the video showed that it was just people yelling at him and no one touched him?

You seem to be under the impression that there is an entitlement to a Supreme Court case. Trump got his day in court about 60 times, the fact that he never made it to the Supreme Court is no more of an injustice than all those death row inmates whose certiorari petitions get denied.
Because there were cops between him and them. Don't be coy.
I'm sorry, was he assaulted or not? Because if he wasn't, then that makes him a liar.

The Supreme Court does not get involved in political disputes.
Except that's their entire reason for existing. If their job isn't to settle whether or not a law is constitutional, then why the fuck do we even have them?

"I tried to kill you, but someone intervened, therefore I did not attack you".

Unless you're referring to the time he was hospitalized when his neighbor broke in? An incident that Democrats not only don't condemn, but outright celebrate? Imagine if Republicans praised Jared Loughner.

I don't see how that's relevant.
How is it not relevant?

Except that the guy embellished the whole thing, and there's literally video recordings of it proving that it never happened the way he said it did.

Article is survey locked. But at least it was peaceful, anytime its a right winger protesting at someones home its terrorism. But nice seeing fact checkers in record speeds.
