Before that, it was more a nod to the killstream and Ralph's fanbase more than anything (which she has been doing all year at that stage), but she started to aggressively move in on their relationship around late October and then Ralph started taunting @Sam Losco, which I'm guessing is when they hatched the plan for a threeway living situation.

The thing that I find most funny is her calling herself a lesbian. I guess we should expect them to introduce a woman into their relationship just as a carrot on the stick for her to stay with Ralph. He was going to DC and Virginia Beach every weekend as far back as August or July. I know one of those times he took Faith and she slept on digibro's couch, but I don't know that she went any of the other times.
