In the comments of alot of r/w posts I'm seeing this phrase thrown around alot, what does it mean?

• They’re always happy when I’m around. I love waking up every morning or just doing anything in general and seeing my kitten so full of joy. • They’re plus sized, which means more to love! I love how cute & feminine they look{I want them to sandwich me between their thighs.} • They have pretty blue eyes. I love how their blue eyes sparkle like a ocean. I get so lost it’s hard to find my way out.

Travis makes them himself, he's self-aware enough that he knows he's difficult to understand. But apparently not enough to stop fapping at sites that don't filter the guro he hates so much.

I'm not sure if I feel sorry for these people or feel embarrassed for them.

Like do they start taking various drugs that cause hallucinations so they can "see" and "talk to" their imaginary partner? force themselves into having DID or MPD by forcing their brain into such a state? (like how diaperfags deliberately make themselves incontinent like an infant)

How do they eat if their "waifu/husbando makes all the food"? put on VR goggles and just drink and eat meal replacements?

Sure it's harmless if it's not actually effecting his or her day to day life but in this thread...well it speaks for itself

Not really, drugs won't help you much. There are people who "feel" their waifu a bit better if they get a bit tipsy or high, but there is no substance that can make you see or talk to her.
Also there is no mental disorder that you can cause that will help you in that. Even if you consider tulpafags, they can't be classified as DID or MPD because the symptoms simply do not match up. There is no memory problems, behavior, personality shifts etc. At best you could consider it a maladaptive daydreaming, but that's not even recognized as actual mental disorder.
There are however, mentally fucked up people who look for a waifu. This is where all these people with bizarre characters come from, have strange problems with them and change them all the time. I mean they don't even hide it, there is plenty of posts ITT where they list all their special mental perks and these are things you don't get from an imaginary friend. There's lonely sadbrains and actual brain problems nutters. The lonely ones ride the community's wave of asspats for a few weeks to a year and realize "drawing are a shit replacement for [wo]men", """""break up"""""" with their delusion and are never seen again. The old hands are almost exclusively mental patients that are off their rocker enough to be able to engage the delusion, most likely until someone forces them into therapy and medication.
