Basically your line of reasoning is "the system is necessarily flawed, and the reason the system is flawed is because it didn't detect something that there is no evidence of."

How can the system detect something there is no evidence of? You have to be able to show that the system missed the evidence. A great idea would be to present that evidence to a court of law when you allege the system is flawed... Except Trump couldn't do that. Because there's no evidence.
