So a PL here on my part but oh well. I used to work as a staffer on the hill a few years back.

There will be nothing on these computers. I'm sorry to burst some of your bubbles here but politics and the inner workings of congressional staff is very mundane and boring. Typically, your emails are from constituents (or not) who want your rep/senator to vote a certain way. You get some crazies--which are fun-- but otherwise nothing of note.

Any chief of staff worth their salt will also not tolerate jokes over phone or email. They know very well that anything you say may very well end up on the front page of the newspaper tomorrow, and they train you to think the same way.

Also worth noting that staffers are usually under the age of 24-25-- not exactly conspirators in whatever plot you might think they are a part of. One of the pics I saw here earlier was of an open email with the chair of the desk facing the front door, which means the person who fled was either an intern or Staff Assistant (low-level staffer).

Somewhat related, people should NOT fuck with Capitol Police. They actually have jurisdiction across the entirety of the US when performing "protective" functions. Some of the protesters who took things too far today may learn this the hard way.

Anyhow, TL;DR gaining access to a staffers computer won't lead you to anything other than boring information.

I also want to point out a comparison to BLM: The boomers never brought any children to my knowledge other than one possibly pregnant woman who went batshit insane trying to reach for the guards and was shot dead. (There's also a possibility that the child could live after an emergency C-section.)
BLM 'protesters' not just brought children, they even used them to their own advances, like that one child who was forced to come and wear the same black clothing as his mother to trick the police and got maced for it.
