I've got lots of old Army friends who served between 10 and 16 years and opted not to go for pension.


The common point for most of them was their kids. It got to the point where they didn't want to be away from them for 6-18 months and risk dying anymore. A couple of 'em just got sick of it, or felt like they couldn't handle another tour and didn't want to be a potential determent to the mission.

I've long since accepted that I cannot at all enjoin the idea that you might be wrong about vote fraud, but the court stuff is something that has to get in there.
For every single standing rejection, blame the Trump legal team for filing like an idiot.
For every case where they only submitted hearsay and conjecture, blame the Trump legal team.
For every single laches rejection, blame the state legislatures for not doing anything until after the election.

There is no world or set of judges that will hear any of the cases that got rejected on those grounds, because they're the most basic grounds.

For any cases that got beyond that, which went to arguments or to discovery like the WEC thing, sure, say there that they basically ignored the arguments if you really believe that. But you can't "invent" standing or laches, and most states are pretty clear with what the minimum burden of evidence to even start a suit is.
