Ah here is a new rumour people can start, maybe troops were poised to attack and arrest everyone in Congress and the invasion was only the spark but at the last moment one general refused to intervene and the other ones chickened out.

Also interesting that two above are now discussing who is right, the Eastern Church vs the Roman one, this is a very significant point when analysing how some protesters got inside the Capitol building.

Man, there have been riots in America all fucking year burning down buildings, destroying businesses, looting and all that shit and the politicians have hesitated to send in the national guard. These rioters have literally occupied zones in your cities doing fucked up shit in tents and vandalising everything. Small businesses that were already fucked because of covid restrictions became even more fucked from having their shit stolen and their windows busted. People have had their livelihoods ruined over this shit.

Meanwhile, a bunch of old people wearing America paraphernalia storm the capitol and one woman attempts to climb over a baracade with presumably your politicians/VP/whatever closeby and is immediately shot dead. The national guard is immediately called and the protest is dispersed.

I'm not suggesting go after your politicians or anything that fucked up because you definitely will be capped if you do, but holy fuck you people are supposed to be free and have a democracy and have the right to PEACEFULLY protest but you obviously have an elite that doesn't give a fuck about your livelihood, that is more willing to have your shit burned down because causing unrest is beneficial for them, and all you have to do is not vote for them, make petitions to sway public favor to have them removed and basically do whatever is in your rights to get them to fuck off.

Same. I've seen people advocating for police to shoot, mace, kill etc the protesters who were at the capitol. If you're gonna be anti-police at least actually be about it. Police shouldn't be shooting anyone - i don't understand how they retards are calling themselves leftists but then advocate for police violence lol
